Placed an order in August. It's now January, and I still haven't got my order. Every time I reached out and asked where my shipment was, I got a new delivery date because of delays.While I do believe that there were legitimate delays, at no point did anyone reach out to me. I had to chase them for an answer.

I've only ordered once from here.Had an issue with the hardware where we couldn't login.Came to find that hardware was opened up. They did bench test it and probably meant good but it messed it up and we couldnt login to it.The worst part was the antennas were already mounted 55 feet up when we discovered that it didn't work.Ended up taking it down and returning it.Returning it was straight forward.5 stars for service.
