HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE EVEN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!!! I got a pan there on Christmas Eve, and because they were closing early that day I rushed and didn't notice there was a dent on the pan. Later I called in and asked if I could come back to exchange it and they refused!!! They said they are not a retailer" and all sales are final. They also accused me of damaging the pan as they supposedly "check everything before it goes on the shelf. " Seriously??!"

I wish I could give this place 0 star, went there to buy some stuff for my business, they had 0 patients cause they’ve been busy and they only could let 2 people at a time which is perfect cause of COVID, Me and my friend been in a line first and the lady after us squeezed in, since she were they’re regular customer , i assume it was the manager who came and gave me and my friend Attitude cause they saw there are 3 people in the store instead of 2. And they had plenty of staff and none of them came to help us and even though I asked my question first, This was our first and last visit to this store which it was disaster.

My purpose of going to this shop because I need color gel for my macaron making.They do carry color gel in small bottles or large bottles. However, this shop seems to fit people who likes to make cakes, they have very few baking pans for breads. Also not many choices of packages for cookies/ macarons.If you love making cakes, this is the right place for you to shop. Other kind of bakery tools are quite limited.

The person at the counter is really helpful. May be it's their business model, you have register with your business registration to get a price list otherwise you drop in to the shop or call to request price for an individual item. The website is just basic not much information or product range you can check. Otherwise prices are attractive and good customer service

L & M is the best place to find anything, and I mean anything you need for baking. From edible sprinkles to pans, and more. The only thing is that it's not opened later than 4:30pm from Mon to Fri. and that it's closed on weekends, so it's ideal to plan ahead if you are baking something big and make your list to get things that you need before you start. I love to bake. This place is accessible.
