Dollarama

All the staff here are very friendly and polite, and it has a wide variety of well priced products.

Always a good shopping experience. I like how thier starting to sell Smart Device products. You guys rock. Great staff too.

Very friendly staff, Quick Service store always clean. I just wish they had the reusable mask I was able to get one a couple weeks ago. They sell the filters now but they don't have the masks to put the filters in. It would be great if they could get those back. Mine is a nice blue camo one. :)

You've seen one you've kinda seen them all. The location is convenient, and the line moves quickly.

I find 80% of the time I come into this dollarama the staff are extremely rude and condescending. There are nice staff, but a good number do not know customer service. I get talked to rudely, scoffed at if I ask if I can have some of my change in loonies, get talked to rudely because they didn't see I was using a dollarama gift card for a purchase when I did say I'm using a gift card but because i didn't specify it was a dollarama one its my fault that they pushed the wrong button.I work in customer service and make mistakes but I never talk to the customer like that. I also have customers ask for some of thier change to be in loonies and never make comments about it, I just do it. This is just about the worst dollarama I've been to in the city.Wish they would give more training on how to handle customers.

5 stars, not for the quality of the items, but for the diversity of products, price and staff.Dollarama is the perfect place for anyone looking to cut costs on a whole slew of home products and necessities. It's also great for those moving to a new spot or immigrants coming to the city who both need to cut costs and are moving into an entirely new home.You can find kitchen items, bath items, foods, craft/party/holiday supplies, home repair items and tools, kids books and cards, non-alcoholic beverages and almost everything you'll need in your basic home. The staff are also consistently very pleasant and happy people. Great spot.

It's convenient for location, but due to size and the variety of stock compared to the other Dollaramas in the city, I goto the other Dollarama downtown as much.
