Des is amazing! Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of her. So knowledgeable and willing to help. She saved my Monroe piercing for me when it got swollen and almost closed up on the inside for me. I thought I was going to have to have it cut out but she saved it! I didn't originally have it pierced here but she was still willing to help me thankfully!I also just brought my daughter here recently to have her Medusa pierced. Sadly, we had to change it to a vertical labret piercing as she just wasn't built to have the Medusa. I love that Des was honest with us and we didn't waste our time or pain on a piercing that wasn't going to work for her. I also loved the speech she gave us about teenage life and her son. Had me in tears. 100% cannot wait to come back here and recommend fully.

Des is definitely the person to to go to for anyone who struggles with a needle phobia. My daughter desperately wanted her nose pierced, but suffers from extreme anxiety when it comes to needles. After doing some research, all signs pointed to Des. I would recommend anyone looking to have a piercing, Des is the person to go to.

Very welcoming shop! I needed some hustle butter and was travelling through from Ontario. Des also did a smiley piercing for me and she was extremely nice. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a piercing.

My sister and I got our noses pierced and they turned out great! Des is absolutely amazing! I'll never go anywhere else for piercings now and I live all the way in BC. If I want one I'll wait till I'm in town and can get des!

Excellent and clean establishment. All staff are knowledgeable! I got my ears pierced by Dez and she was amazing. Talked me through the whole process and was super accommodating and knowledgeable.

I recently had a tattoo done by Cody, this was my first time at Dark Hour. I wanted something to incorporate a little of my daughter & a little of my grandma. The inspo pic has nothing on the finished product. Cody did a beautiful job & I'm more than happy. The atmosphere was so welcoming & friendly. The staff is amazing & so accommodating. I will definitely be going back for more ink in the future!

Love this Tattoo shop, i started getting tattoos here back in 2013! Scott has done most of my work, and Des his wife is just an amazing person! I've always been extremely happy with the service they provide ❤️

Took my daughter to get snake bite piercings for her birthday, and Des is absolutely amazing! She's pierced me & both my girls in the past. She's fantastic with my girls, explains everything really well to them, and is always super friendly and helpful with everything! Highly recommend Des for piercings. We won't go anywhere else ❤️
