Worst place to live in North York always filthy the garbage bins are always full the elevators are smelling like a dead fish. The management is rude as well as very slow in maintenance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible place to live, terrible management. Building is infested with cockroaches all over, dont bother asking them to spray your unit, the cockroaches come back 10 fold and stronger. Some of them are unkillable, you can smash one in half and it will go about its day like nothing happened. This place needs to be teared down immediately ASAP! stay away! Im sure they are paying/asking people to leave good reviews now. Please be advised this building is just horrible.

Very good manager Radka in this building, always resolves issues quickly. Very friendly and attentive. If it is not possible to fix the problem immediately, she will solve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your kindness and attention!

I had a fantastic experience living at this building last year. Hazelview Properties provided exceptional management, with friendly and helpful staff always available to assist. The building was well-maintained and kept in pristine condition, and the apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the best things about the building's location was the proximity to major grocery stores, trails, and dining options, all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. One of the best place I ever lived in Canada. It’s beautiful and quiet, Clean and spacious apartment, my kids and I love it here. Summer time we have the pool, party room and Gym.Very convenient, I love it here.

I don't even know how is this building still standing they have no security vehicles are getting stolen from the basement paraking all the time and the management dont take any actions on it. The maintenance is slower than snail itself. The managment is very poor in taking decisions on safety and betterment of the community. The built quality of the apartments are below average and the price are very high 1BHK is around $2600

I lived at 6030 Bathust St. for a year and had a pleasant experience. The only complain is that the public spaces are not as clean as it should be, but it was not unlivable. You will definitely have to find a way to scare the birds away and prevent them from settling down on your balcony. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. If I would rate the staff, I would give Miss Radka more than 5 stars if it is possible. She is always willing to help and would solve your issues in no time. Very nice and efficient.

My family and I been living in 6030 Bathurst St for more than 5years now. Great place to live in. Radka is very efficient solving our concerns. And so is Abi, that is ready to come our unit to fix any maintenance issues. Kuddos to them both!
