It is good to be part of your team as interpreter. Payment on time. Respect is priority for interpreters. Friendly staff approachable and understanding. Thank n contrary to other translation services Exacta relies on qualified interpreters. Accreditation is important for the company.

I would give zero star to them if I could. The staff is not fair in distributing the assignment. Specifically Fariba who is relatively new in the company. She has no knowledge at all in handling the schedule and she gives wrong instruction to the interpreter. She only give job to very specific people that she has connection with. The owner has minimal or zero supervision on what is happening at the company. This is so sad because the owner herself is a nice woman but being nice is not enough. The other thing is about their payment which is not on time and they still pay with a very old system. As an interpreter I am totally disappointed working with them.
