Everytime I call, no one answers the phone. I leave messages and no one gets back to me. I just want to know the hours of operation so I don't drive all the way there to find out it's closed or unavailable.

Facilities are clean and the pool is fun. There seems to be some confusion about the rules. The first time we went the kids were allowed to jump in the deep end. Second time the lifeguard said no jumping. Rules are also not posted in the pool that I could see. We had fun and are thankful for the pool.

Great staff here. The pool is nice. I've been for both lane swim and water fit. Can be busy! The change room could use an update but I've seen worse.

From a lane swimming perspective: decent pool, good lane width. 6 lane, 25m, salt-water pool. Has lines on the bottom but for some reason no turn crosses (annoying). Dimly lit - compounds the no turn crosses problem. No backstroke flags. Lockers (cubbies) are available but only some work (25 cents), others no lock capacity. Pace clock is mounted in an awkward spot for anyone who needs even mild prescription glasses.

Kids love it. We go here becuase it is one of the very few Salt Water pools. Not as toxic as the other pools. People are friendly, and the swimming classes are good. Never really too busy either. Change rooms are pretty clean and i pay for a family of 4 nine dollars which is cheap.

Great staff! Would love to see a family change room option. Our building is old, I get it, but it makes things tricky depending on which parent takes the kids swimming.

The front line people, when you enter, are so professional and kind. If u can't figure something out with schedule or booking on line, they all go above and beyond to help you work it out.The waterfit instructor on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is the best I have worked with in 15 years. She works the whole body. Her music is perfect, and the 45 minutes is over before you know it..The lifeguards that work at poolside during lengths sessions are top shelf. They keep a close eye on all participants, which is no easy task. They make great suggestions to make your session successful. Tks

The water temperature in the ladies showers is too hot. Especially for older skin and young children. Reported my concerns to the City of Hamilton recreational department to no avail.

I love this pool for it's retro" feel. Good bang for your buck. Wishing it would hurry up and get it's salinator fixed as it is the ONLY salt water public pool in Hamilton! So important not just environmentally but for those with health issues."

Occasional swimmer at 18+ open and length. Friendly staff and courteous patrons. Comfortable pool temperature, only salt water pool in Hamilton. It sucks that the lockers cost $0.25 to use and change rooms could use upgrading.
