The food was fresh and full of flavours. I enjoyed the spicy tuna sashimi the most and the volcano roll was a treat for the eyes and the taste was good.The service of course was excellent. I would recommend this place highly.

I don't know if there is a different standard for eat-in and take-out, but I ordered take out, and even left a 20% tip, and this is what I got. Seriously... I've had better sushi at a gas station. The sockeye salmon nigiri was paper thin, and the tuna in the roll was grey and slimy as if it had been sitting on a counter for 2 days. What a disappointment.

Sushi Hinode is a staple of Fort Langley and the region. It is arguably one of the best places to dine in and enjoy fresh, modern Japanese Cuisine.The service I received went above and beyond. The staff was highly friendly and easily approachable. The chefs seemed professional and showed excellent skills in the Sushi Bar. The server, Yoon, was highly attentive and provided quick service.If you ever come across Fort Langley, you must come to Sushi Hinode for the experience.

We had a great meal at Sushi Hinode. When in Fort Langley, this is where we would recommend you go for modern Japanese food in a relaxed environment.Service was attentive and friendly. We were seated in the middle of this relatively small restaurant and took advantage of the opportunity to people watch. Our waiter answered our questions and our order arrived quickly.The restaurant is modern, maintained, and clean. Active cleaning and sanitizing was taking place between seatings, which is nice to see. There is a honey pine and warm white colour palette at play here, which is relaxing and modern.The food was delicious and well presented. The fish was fresh without any indication of sitting too long. The sushi rice had an exceptionally nice balance of sweet and tart, which caught our attention as something we enjoyed. Portions were generous; but not cut into pieces that are more than a mouthful (a problematic habit at other sushi establishments).I recommend Sushi Hinode. I can't criticize anything about our experience and we will be returning customers. It is worth both your time and money.

Can't believe I didn't some here sooner. Really enjoyed our dinner tonight. Had the squid karaage which was well seasoned, light and crispy.The sushi was fresh and the Nigiri pieces were nice and long, the Tuna was especially soft and delicious. I'll definitely be back, everything we had tonight was great, looking forward to trying the other menu items.Also, staff is very attentive and working with big smiles. Cozy atmosphere with nice big windows.

Came to Fort Langley and stopped by here for lunch. Food tasted great at a decent price, the server (Yoon) was attentive and friendly, and it was a chill environment all around. Very clean restaurant as well.Would come back again :)

The food was so amazing and the fish was so fresh the service was so kind and fast. Once I am in town again I would definitely come back to Hinodi. I believe this is the best sushi in Langley/Vancouver.

Sushi Hinode Japanese Restaurant
Tried this place for lunch yesterday and did not disappointed. The place is bright and clean with AC running which is a must in this hot weather. Service is attentive as Rina our waitress takes care of the orders efficiently. and keeps our tea top up all the time. The food is surprisingly good and tasty, kudos to the chef. Will definitely come back next time we visit Langley .
