REALIGN body | soul | mind | Registered Massage Therapy, CranioSacral, Workshops, and Healing Retreats - Victoria, BC | I offer Registered Massage Therapy, CranioSacral, Workshops, and Retreats. My approach encourages regulation of the Nervous System first, to then address deeper layers. My trainings in both modern education and traditional practices have harmonized, offering a unique soulful experience. I have been creating space for body, mind and spiritual well-being for over 9 years.

My experience with Julie has been nothing but amazing and transformative. The beautiful space she's created offers the perfect opportunity to rest and receive. Along with my massage, my last couple of visits consisted of working on helping my eye, as I am partially blind in one eye. When I tell you that her work has helped strengthen my eye and made it feel better I mean it. She is truly amazing and I highly recommend!!! Can't wait to see Julie again.

I would RUN not walk to have your session with Julie. She is so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to listen to your body, she can detect the source of pain or discomfort and work WITH your body to bring you to a place of peace, comfort and alignment. She is the perfect mix of professional and personable. I love how Julie weaves her knowledge of the anatomy with her expertise of the subtle body energies. I have experienced many practitioners, and Julie is my fave, hands down.

Julie offers a physically, emotionally and spiritually integrated healing experience using multiple modalities including massage, craniosacral and energy work. She is deeply attuned to the language of the body, and is willing to converse and align with the pace the body communicates. During our session, I felt held with compassion and care as I became aware of old holding patterns in my being with Julie skillfully supporting and inviting their release alongside me.

Julie’s massage was very gentle, mostly effleurage style.It is a slow, relaxation, healing touch massage.If you’re seeking to have pressure or knots worked on, she will recommend other therapists.I felt nurtured and safe in her space.

I really enjoyed my experience with Julie. Her knowledge of releasing stressors in the mind and body through breathing and movement are very informative and leave you feeling in a great state. I would highly recommend Julie. After the service it came to me and I nicknamed her “magic mitts” because the entire experience was magical and she works well with her hands!!

Seasonal Journeys:I am not one for homework. So the joy / essence of the journeys for me is the time with Julie. I have never, in my life been so patiently guided and held in a space where it is safe to be vulnerable and be who I am. When Julie works her magic through physical touch she connects to truths of current reality and many many realities before that.I'm a visual person so messages come to me in images. Julie has guided me to make art of my inner most experiences and stories.There's a lot of power doing this work for consecutive weeks and it is completely worth it.
