They said it was a minimum of 3 hours when we told them we might not need them for 3 hours they said okay they ended up showing up late for our venue and when we said we would take them for the full 3 hours they charged an extra $100 for an extra hour. Would never recommend them or use them again

The one star is being generous, paid with debt gave no tip, but had cash in my pocket for a tip. Once transaction was done the driver did not even take out my back of the car and said i hope you enjoyed your free water" and got back in the car. Very unprofessional and ignorant."

Clean vehicles, on time and our drivers were very chatty/friendly. I had a great experience using Crystal Limousine. They provided services for my colleagues and I from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the conference & other locations.

My mother needed last minute long distance transportation for a family emergency and I was soo grateful that Crystal Limo was super flexible with shifting schedules and accommodated a late night pick up. STAY AWAY! Rude Rude RudeMy elderly parents from Vancouver used Crystal Limo service and greeted by a obnoxious and rude driver. The driver virtually threw their luggage in the vehicle like a hay bale. When my mother mentioned there were some fragile items inside, he commented “ I know what I’m doing! “Then dropped them and their luggage 40 feet from the building entrance instead of waiting for the two cars dropping other people off to move.Stay away! Worst service ever!

I called many places, and Habib was by far the easiest to organize with and the best price going.We had an amazing experience on a self-guided group wine tour to the Annapolis Valley and I would highly recommend Crystal limo services if you don’t want to do the standard stops.
