Dollar Tree

One of the older staff members is an absolute snot! I asked if they carried something and she said no. They did actually have it. I asked for double side tape. She was adamant they didn’t have it. I said I would walk around and see if o could find it or something alternative to use. I actually found exactly what I was looking for (double sided tape). So I went to look for the staff to say I found it in the craft section… only for her to say that’s double sided foam. I said no it’s tape to which she decided to argue with me and said no that’s foam ( I was clearly standing there holding double sided TAPE) and then said that’s not what you also for ( it’s exactly what I asked for!) She was rude and ignorant. Not the first time I’ve been to this store and not the first time she was rude. I have been in this store and witnessed her speaking to coworkers in a condescending manner in front of ppl. HorribleThank goodness there are other dollar stores cause I won’t go back there. Her customer service is terrible.

Usually like this location but went in and asked about balloons and was told they don't have helium or individual number Balloons. The staff was also not very friendly. Their was a sign at the balloon counter that said hellium Balloons are 75 cents each to fill and they had the numbers I wanted on the wall individually wrapped. Decided not worth it to fight with them and just decided to go to buck or two instead. Cost a lot more than I wanted but the customer service was way better.*Last year I was told at the Silver Creek location that Speedvale does balloons so that's why I decided to go there. The Silver Creek DT staff are much friendlier than this location

The manager of this dollar tree is racist and disgusting. Its sad to believe racism still exists here in Canada but it does! I was shopping with items in my hands as the manager approached me, took the items from my hands and said she'll ''put them in the front so they don't get lost.'' Absolutely the worst experience ever. The manager deserves to be fired.

Very friendly staff. Store was very busy due to being so close to Christmas. And staff were still friendly and helpful. Shelves were still very well stocked and good selection

The store is excellent. Everything for $1.25. This past saturday there was a worker named Flora who was extra rude... all we wanted was some balloons and she didnt want to do it. We did end up getting one which we had to drive to another store just so we wouldnt have to deal with such a rude person. She was the only person working at the store so I couldnt even ask anyone else.

Very attentive staff, alot of selection for cheap price for a dollar stores these days, organized by isles.Just overal a great store for a quick run.

Not the place for party favors. They can only blow up the mylar balloons with helium. The selection of banners and balloons is fairly limited. I could get a sign that said we ❤️ mermaids"

Dollar Tree is a much better option than Dollarama. This location is clean and organized. It has a wide selection of everyday items and they do balloons too(order ahead!)

Got balloons filled here for a baby shower. Service was friendly, quick, and cheap. Will always come back here for party supplies.

Always exceptional service along with very reasonably priced items, by far my favorite Dollar Store! It is well organized making anything you may need easy to quickly find. The store is kept very sanitary with mask restrictions and check out dividers for everyone's safety. I can't recommend this store enough.
