The service department does not take ownership of mistakes made. Twice now I have left after having tire work done to end up with a flat tire later that day. Both times my tire pressure light was on when I picked up my vehicle and I get told it's fine. And then later that night I end up with a flat. Just recently switched my winter tires to summers and same situation happened, I took my tire to another shop and they informed me that the Toyota service department did not properly seal my tire to the rim. Contacted the service manager Jamie and not even a response, I am not surprised, as the first time this happened they found ways to blame me for the flat. Spoke to someone on the phone and it was basically just a shrug and a 'sorry', I've paid $150 for a tire change and now an added expense to take tire elsewhere. Horrible customer serivce. Will not be returning

Just traded in our vehicle and purchased a used SUV from this dealership.We couldn’t be more pleased with their service.Throughout our transaction we met with a number of their staff. Mark (salesperson), Sales Manager, Used Car, Finance managers.Everyone was polite and respectful and we felt no pressure at any time.Mark was extremely thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with.We also met one of the principles of the dealership who asked us how our car buying experience was. Over this 5 years period l brought 5 cars from him , reasonable price always,very honest and hardworking , friendly rather l say the best salesman.I would surely recommend him for everyone and in future too l will deal with him only for lease or finance or trading.
