Mercedes Benz Peterborough always takes care their customers. Unlike others, Mercedes Benz Peterborough service department customer service is great which is important. I’d like to point out. I have a dealership within a 5 km radius from where I live but I am willing to drive 50 km to Mercedes Benz Peterborough because of the service so thanks again to all the staff.

Best service! Had a check engine light, took it to Peterborough Mercedes. Spoke with Doug and JonJon. They solved all issues and had me on the road in no time. This is the only Mercedes dealership I will take my vehicle to. Thanks for the great service!

Made an appointment one week ahead for 1pm service. Brought in my car three hours early and left it so there would be lots of time to change my winters to summer wheels. Returned at 2pm as arranged and NOTHING was done. Was told it would be at least 4pm before the could change the wheels. Didn’t even bother sending a message to let me know of the delay.What’s the point of making an appointment when you can’t honor it.Decided to leave and take my wheels with me. It then took 1/2 hr to find my tires and load them in the car. This is not the service I’m used to from Mercedes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Booked my service appointment for my G550 online. One week later, Sarah, the assigned service advisor calls me to cancel the appointment (my bad…it was a holiday day but shouldn’t their system accommodate for this?). No solution…just the appointment is cancelled. I then proceed to ask her, “so…when can I be scheduled in for my service?” (basically an expensive oil change - I only drive this vehicle 6 months of the year) Sarah says, “yes, I can look for something…..June 7” When I proceed to explain I booked this one week ago and they’re JUST calling me now I ask her, “is this really your next available? That’s ridiculous!” She proceeds to offer me June 6th.I’ll service my G-Wagon somewhere else where prompt service is actually important.And the new car I was looking at…not going to happen at MB Peterborough. I’ll take all my business elsewhere. Just lost the servicing of my current G-Wagon and the purchase of my new one I’m looking at doing in June Michael Santos.

I would highly recommend this dealership. We bought our SLK 300 from Lacey and she was kind and knowledgeable. She was very fair, made sure all the service work was performed, and made us feel special when we came to pick up the car with a beautiful presentation!

Special thank you to Doug and Sarah. Was traveling through town for work where had I had an urgent fault code on a Sprinter. The team took me in, communicated clearly what needs to be done and timing. With their stocked parts, just a few hours later I was back on the road home. A fantastic dealership experience. Customer lounge was well stocked, clean and tidy.

Thank you to Micheal and his team, they truly do make the difference in buying a automobile, such a grand experience, just old fashion home town service. Not sure why anyone would want to take there business any where else.Thanks again Mel and Debbie

Buyer Beware is the experience I had with this dealership. Purchased a 2014 ML63 with 98,000kms on in January. I took it into another MB dealership for regulare maiteance (i've put onroughly 12,000km mostly highly) and it need rear pads (due to uneven wear), a new oil pan as the current is corred and barely hanging on, 2 front wheel bearings and a mjaor oil leak repaired (oil is leaking from the timing cover onto the turbos) for a dealership that prides thems self on being used AMG specialist...to say I'm disapointed is an understatment. Take your hard eared cash somewhere else! I even reached out to the dealership to discuss...no reply.
