Sarah was amazing with helping my son pick out a backpack and all the necessary accessories… and gave us awesome advice on how to take care of the bag! Whole team was wonderful.

Sales associates are always helpful and patient with me. Love this brand, love their classy, not pushy approach in customer service, love their warranty. I washed my hoodie hundred times, slept in it in different airports on different flights, trips- it still looks like new. My 5 years old backpack (which I have to admit overloaded several times) and all looks good still. I shop in second location on Broadway too, but this Kitsilano cute, sophisticated location is my favourite spot for buying quality things.

As a customer of Fjällräven, I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan, one of their salespeople, and I can confidently say that he provided exceptional customer service.I had an issue with a hiking legging I purchased, he was quick to offer a replacement, which already demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction.But what impressed me even more was when I expressed concern about the replacement legging having the same issue. Dylan took the time to understand my needs and recommended a more heavy-duty legging that was better suited to my needs as a passionate hiker.Not only did he resolve my issue with the faulty legging, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a product that I was satisfied with and that would meet my needs.Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Dylan's customer service skills, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of outdoor gear from Fjällräven.

Don't rely on the lifetime warrenty. It's been over a month to repair a 1 inch rip. Horrible communication for this whole situation.. very friendly staff when selling though

The customer service at this store is consistently friendly and genuine. High quality, beautifully made gear. I've had multiple experiences leaving this location feeling uplifted by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. And recently when I had to do an exchange for a different size, I found the experience really easeful. Even though the size was not in stock, they graciously took the time to locate it and had it brought in from another store. I thought I'd have to do a lot of runaround, but I left feeling pleasantly attended to. Its so nice to experience top notch customer service, thank you guys, I really appreciate it.

Went in a week ago for the first time to try some stuff on. Nice store with a good stock, and shoutout to Chris for guiding me through all the features of the pants I got. Highly recommend the vented Kebs after wearing them for the last week straight.

The service and friendliness of the staff here is amazing. I enjoy shopping here. I've purchased a few items over the last couple years (2 pairs of boots, pants, socks, backpack, belt), and all are great products. I really like what this store stands for, the quality of their brand and products, and their desire to have satisfied customers. This is my go to store for hiking and outdoor clothing. Highly recommended.

I've shopped at this location before and never have had any issues up until today. I went into the store to look at some gear as they were offering 30% off for Victoria Day long weekend, a rarity for this brand. I spotted a rain jacket i've been thinking about purchasing and wanted to try 3 sizes on and requested a fitting room to make things easier. Things went downhill when one of the employees who was not originally helping me asked how many articles of clothing I had after I requested another size. I could see that she quickly went to the front of the store to discuss with the junior staff member to pay attention to me. I felt racially profiled, in this case consciously by this employee. I don't believe she would have had the same concern for me had I been of a non-minority skin colour. I changed out of the jacket I was trying on and remarked to the junior employee (as I was leaving) how this experience left me feeling uncomfortable with the shopping experience and I left the store. The reason for my 2 star rating is that I honestly enjoy Fjalllraven's products, however I expect the staff members to treat all people equally and without bias. Perhaps sensitivity training on conscious and unconscious bias would be beneficial for the staff in this store.
