I went there a few weeks ago and the ladies that helped me were very knowledgeable and had great personalities! They answered all my questions in a way that made sense without a bunch of science terms. They really wanted to get me items I would need and not just try to sell me stuff to get commission. I hadn’t gone to that store in 5 years because of the service I got back then but I saw new ladies in there so I gave it a chance. I’m sure glad I did!

Body shop is suprisingly cheap for superb quality of products. They have zero animal testing which is always a plus. I always have friendly service here and the workers are always helpful if you're buying for a lady friend in your life.

I really enjoy using a variety of Body Shop products and have been purchasing from this company for over 20 years.Unfortunately, at this particular location, the employees have a habit of jumping on you with poor sales tactics as soon as you walk in the door. It makes my experience shopping here awkward and somewhat annoying.

Sorry body shop, I require unscented products which you do carry but to get to them I have to walk past tables of strongly scented products which make me sick. Wish there was a way get what i wanted without having an allergic reaction.

Still like coming here given the heavy market competition. Appreciate the transparency of the new cruelty free advertising. Some of the newer products like the Tea Tree scented lotions and facial care I prefer. Still come here to buy big tubs of the classic body lotions. Lasts forever.
