IN N OUT Oil & Tires

A Wonderful experience at this Place when it comes to car repair and Peace of mind. I met with there Manager Arjun when i went to get a oil change for my Ford Fusion. He was very Professional and even the staff was great. It was really very smooth experience. I have recommended this place to few of my friends and they are all really satisfied with the job done.Overall 5/5 Stars for the Service and Staff.I would definitely visit this place again for my car’s service

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful guys working here. I had an issue today unrelated to oil and tires, and they were willing to help me. Something was hanging loose under my car, and they helped me to put it back in place. I am so grateful. Thank you, especially to the young man wearing a turban working around 2-3:00 p.m. today. Super Expensive just to change the tires on rims they charge 160. Even the dealership charge 75$ . Not worth at all never recommend to anyone

This place charges for suv 70 plus tax to change the tires with rims. Once I reach there , a person called Arjun said 120 $ for swap and balancing. I said I only need to change the tires for 70 $. He offered me 110$. I refused it. While he tightened the bolts back, he didn’t apply any grease, it’s too rusty. When a mechanic changes tires, they always apply grease to the bolt. I asked him why he did that and he said that’s the way they work,Then he refused to put my vin number of the vehicle on the invoice. Finally the other person agree to give me an invoice with vin number. After that, Arjun came back and ask me to give him back the invoice. I said yea and gave it to him. When I got it back, he made a new invoice that says customer is being rude, and he throw the old one inside my car. You can see the pictures. He did that because I didn’t accept and refused his offers. I will not go back again. Who ever the upper head is, you need to correct this. This is the worst experience ever.
