I had the pleasure of working with Joel Poirier form Poirier Web Solutions through the development of my website when I ran for the recent Municipal election. We defined our budget, and Joel locked in without any unexpected costs for the design and build of my website.Once my website was live, I wanted a few changes as I saw how people were using it. Joel responded to all questions or concerns promptly. It was also evident he utilized measures like, number of unique visitors, time on site and search engine rankings to inform him of any improvements needed. It is important to note we didn’t incur any costs for any changes made. Joel was approachable and made changes to the site as requested, he interpreted my instructions extremely well. Our relationship was positive, and he made me feel like I was a priority. In addition, Joel created ads at moments notice on my social media platforms which he also monitored.I would highly recommend Joel. If you like and trust your web designer it makes the process so much easier, Joel was in control of the detail and supported me in making decisions rather than the other way around. Almost everyone falls out of love with their web design team at some point by the end of the project, this isn’t the case for us. Joel will be supporting us with another project, and we can’t wait to get started.Addie Corah
