Went into budget for their free brake inspection. Took forever. I was then told that my brake fluid was dirty I had hardware missing on one of my pads all my pads were low and needing replacement and the rotors were rusty and needed to be replaced. Total around 1400 dollars work. They then tried to rush me into an appointment to get it done. Because I am on low income and couldn't afford it I waited, 6 months later I went to a better shop and they told me flat out that everything budget said was a lie and I still have at least another 6 months life in my brakes. Budget is a sneaky lying auto shop and should be closed.

Have an answering service, but don't return calls, so what's the point?If they can't answer a phone or return a call.. I would worry about them working on my car...found someone who knows how to return a call,it's a good start for working on a car.Would not recommend 1 star

Great shop. Professional, quick, and good value.I had the guys at Budget Brake & Muffler install a custom catback exhaust that I had purchased for my Chevy. They knew exactly what I wanted, finished on time and charged a very reasonable price. I called a couple other shops in town and got 'we don't install other people's stuff'. The guys at Budget were happy to do it and they executed perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here yesterday! I needed to get a heat shield removed, and the staff there were incredibly helpful and efficient. They took care of the issue quickly, and to my surprise, they didn't even charge me for the service! I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.
