RBC insurance is horrible!!!! Was a customer for 15 years and they doubled the home and auto insurance. Please consider another company for your insurance needs! DON'T GO WITH RBC!

Very poor service. I went in for a quote to add a motorcycle to our policy. We have been with RBC for 18 years. Ron was very rude and condescending. He told me that I would need to provide proof of insurance for the last 12 years for the motorcycle. He gave me his email address so I could send it to him. However when I contacted RBC they told me this was not true. If this employee has problems dealing with women he should find another job. Discrimination and hate have no place in the workplace.

Multiple websites said this location was open till 5:30, and the sign in stores says 5. An employee opened the door and told me they closed at 5:30 which would have given me 8 minutes, but they actually closed at 5. Seems like even the employees don't know what time they close. I guess I'm going 1 more day without a working debit card...

I went in here for an Auto Insurance Quote for a new vehicle and the guy starts bringing up my driving record from when I was 18 years old. See you got a speeding ticket here, see you did this....I'm like that was 25 years ago. Yes but I see it all here Sir. I told him to stick it, I didn't need this condescending meeting for him to do a 30 year driving history lesson. I recommend you get insurance quotes online! Annually! They are no proactive at giving you the best rates. That's your job!

I needed to get a tenant insurance for my new apartment. We had a service provider named Kabi and she could was a stellar employee. She not only helped us and made sure we were the most taken care of, she also made my boyfriend and I feel very comfortable with our insurance plan. I will definitely not hesitate to get more insurance policies through RBC!

This insurance is NOT responsive at all. You have to wait for a long period on the phone line and the customer service is so rude, in particular, Kavitha. She is so RUDE and she never let client to ask the questions. They charged me further after purchase of insurance.
