Have u ever had a pizza with NO SAUCE ???? UNFORTUNATELY I did and when I phoned to tell them they would only refund it if I came all the way back …. Not great customer service at ALL!!! Just an acknowledgement that there was a problem would have been nice instead I was told we only make pizza with sauce on them , we’ll sadly this was NOT one of them . Maybe a small discount on next order would have been a gracious thing to do seeing it was terrible to eat after spending $30 . Will definitely NOT be going back

The pizza always arrives hot when I order a delievery, pickup is typically easy and quick, usually short wait times and friendly staff that are understanding and patient. Pizza is yummy nothing amazing but very good especially for a cheap price. The dipping sauce is incredibly delicious and orders have always been made correctly. Been coming here for years, reccomend it to anybody on the Hamilton mountain!

My friend and I went to buy some pizza for lunch, but we only had enough money for one. They gave us an extra slice regardless of the limited cash we had, there a really good place to get pizza and stuff

Probably one of our favorite places to go for pizza as of late. Value for what you get is very good when it comes to the pizza. Pizza has always been ready for the pickup time that was requested.Only comment is I personally would skip the wings and get them from a proper wing location. The wings were very small. They tasted fine, but tiny.

This is the absolute best pizza in hamilton hands down. Been ordering here for years. Always consistent, great customer service and the pizza is always incredible. Get the double cheese and thank me later!

Went downhill!The pizza is great once in a while. Horrible experience today. I ordered online for pick up, got home with dinner, after a long day at work, as my family started eating, we realized, our pizzas had no sauce. One of the pizzas we ordered, I asked for extra sauce, the other, regular sauce. I called to explain the situation, the girl on the phone said they would make us new pizzas. She said I could go back with our, no sauce pizzas, and exchange for the new ones. I asked for delivery, she said ok. 10 minutes later, I was called back, I said hello, the person calling said whats the problem" (great customer service) I explained again

We ordered three XL pizzas, all with extra sauce and it was like there was NO sauce at all! Crust was like steamed cardboard. The last pizza we ordered was like this also but we thought it was just a bad night so we gave them another chance. We loved this place when we first started ordering a few years ago. We took leftovers back as an FYI to the manager and asked if this was normal, so we would know for future. The manager was rude, did nothing to compensate (not that we really wanted anything, but a small pizza with lots of sauce would have gone a long way). He actually said I don't need customers like you". Well we don't need you

One of my most consistent spots. The pizza is always good. All of the toppings combos are equally recommended here. Delivery always comes hotCrust: 7 / 10The crust varies between medium-thin and medium-thick depending on who is shaping it. It's generally a decent crust with a good bake. Chewy but not too dense.Sauce: 7 / 10Good taste. Nothing incredible but it's consistent and tasty. I wish it was a little chunkier and had more garlic.Cheese: 7 / 10Again, nothing remarkable but good and consistent. Fair amount of cheese on every pie and it's yummy.Toppings: 7.5 / 10Everything I've tried has been good. Decent pepperoni. Nice issues overall. They do a good job on a quick anchovy pizza.
