Course was in fabulous conditions... fun and different holes. Greens were true and fast.

Actually a great hill for sliding in the winter.Park at the driving range on Falmouth back road and you will see a few people sledding most snowy days.There are no supporting services like restrooms so make accommodations as needed.The walk in is not maintained as well, so it can be difficult to walk up the path to the top of the hill if you're the first people to make the walk.

Beautiful course, friendly staff, play early if you're on a schedule, play late if relaxed.The course was very well kept, greens were fast. Some of the views on the far end of the course are well elevated and provide a stunning backdrop onto the mountains/hills nearby. You can tell the course receives a lot of well placed attention to detail. Everything was immaculate.The layout and difficulty of the course was great. Wide fairways to accommodate your worst slices, but tight greens/traps at the end to draw in some more precision shots. Some of the sand trap layouts are exceptionally well done/creative. There is a very nice mix of dog legs and straight holes, as well as a few short Par 3s.The only thing off putting as the aggressive pace of play.Played at 2pm on a weekend and the front nine was like playing golf on fast forward with added stress for spite. Taking a practice swing before your hit or stopping to get a beer from the drink cart is grounds to be played through by multiple groups. It appears from assertive signage, the Marshall and their instruction, all that matters is 'pace of play' as people are stuffed through the course.If you're looking for a relaxing experience I'd strongly endorse late twilight tee times during less busy hours or ask for exception to play the back nine to separate yourself from the herd.

Played super twilight with some friends. $24 taxes in for 9 and a cart.. hard to beat!The actual value comes from the fact that it's an amazing course with difficult (frustrating!!) Greens - not a bad thing.Can't wait to come back and play 18

Beautiful course, Dean and team keep the tee boxes, fairways, and greens in amazing condition! Greens can be challenging, especially in the summer, but if you can putt here, you can putt anywhere! Last, but not least, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Love Avon!

Very nice golf course. Not a terribly difficult layout but very fast greens. Seems to be well maintained.

I’ve always had a fantastic experience playing here. Pro shop staff are always helpful, the course has always been in great shape And it’s a great course! I look forward to playing here every year we are on holidays.

Love this course! It is the best one in the valley and in hfx by far! The course is in top notch shape and the greens are spectacular
