Jim is a very nice guy, however too busy to properly plan jobs. Gave me a quote for some work. When i tried to set a date he was extremely hard to get a hold of and then said he was too busy.Would have respected a straight up refusal of work than the run-around.

My husband already posted a review, but I couldn't not leave one as well. I am one of the most nitpicky people and both times Testa has been at our house, I have been absolutely blown away by them.They show up on time, they do the work very well, they're extremely kind, they're affordable, and considering they literally dug up a decent sized section of our front yard/driveway, if it weren't for the raised dirt (which will settle!), you wouldn't know they were here. I have no idea how they cleaned it up so well lol, but I'm thrilled at how much work I won't have to put into repairing our front lawn.So, I was already thrilled with the work they had done, and then Jim stops by in the afternoon a few hours after his team left to make sure that everything went okay and that our plumbing is working again.If you're in need of an excavation company, please do yourself a favour and hire Testa.
