Horrible place! I washed 5 loads of laundry. Used 5 machines. 1 machine had only half the time, one didn't wring out water. Owner was on site. She refused to see what was in front of her face! I showed her I had a single fleece lap blanket and 3 bath towels and 2 bath sheets in a double loader and she said it was overloaded! I showed her I had a single fleece lap blanket in another load with clothes and it worked fine. Then I loaded the clothes into the dryer. Used 5 dryers. After putting in 5 quarters to dry each one, one dryer shut off. She then told me I'd overloaded it! What the HELL, her dryers can't handle a double sheet set and quilt!!! She is a REALLY unapproachable. Told me to bad about the half time wash and then told me I wasnt to come back to her laundry mat! I'd recommend going anywhere but here, maybe time for her to retire. She isn't friendly unless you're one of her gossip group!

Been coming here for quite awhile they is a new owner and they always keep the place clean very clean and he's verys nice if you have a problem he will fix it with no worries

My washer died mid spin so off to this clean, large laundromat. All washers and dryers appeared to be in good working order.

I was scared to visit here from the reviews, but ownership has changed, John owner super helpful, young girl cleaning is super sweet and thorough at cleaning. This is the best laundrette I have ever visited.

Was afraid to use the laundromat after reading old reviews but had oversized blankets to wash and needed to go anyway... turned out just fine! Apparently the laundromat has new owners as of a year or so ago. The machines are clean and well-maintained. Very pleasantly surprised.

Great machines & very clean

Clean... just a little uncomfortable. No social distancing among patrons. Biggest issue the smokers sitting outside on the bench than coming in and asking for change. Not once but the whole time I was there.Never saw a manger to clean machines or wipe down surfaces during covid. I think I’ll skip the laundry mat and and wash my clothes by hand.

Used to be better. Prices have gone up and machines eat loonies. The coin dispenser only dispenses quarters even though the big machines only take loonies so bring your own. Now you need a code to use the washroom? You spend $50 doing laundry here and you can't even use the bathroom? Is anyone else getting tired of how Canadian businesses seem to think that having a working washroom is a luxury? Some people especially older people have health issues that require that they have access to a washroom. All I can say is I've gone from using this place on regular basis to only using it when absolutely necessary so whatever money they might be saving they have lost in revenue.

Owner is horrible! Was extremely abusive to me simply because she thought I was overloading the triple load washer!! Go back to Holland!! I've never heard seniors/ elders in Canada talk this way to anyone, never mind customers. SHAMEFUL!!
