This was my first visit and I was greeted with a friendly hello. My hygienist Andrea introduced herself and got me comfortable in the chair. My exam was thorough and comfortable. Andrea explained some things that are happening with my teeth and how to keep them in good condition. I had a brief meeting with Dr. Mel who advised my teeth did not require her attention. The office has a great atmosphere and I heard lots of laughter and conversation.

From the first visit I was sold on this Dental Clinic. Every time I phone for an appointment I am treated so well and the receptionist always goes above and beyond to help and make sure I am getting the best coverage I can with my plan. Dr. Mel is so nice and knowledgeable in what she does and every dental assistant I have had the pleasure of meeting has been so informative on what I should expect. I highly recommend this practice.

The entire team from Drs Mel and Mark, Tina and Allison out front and all the Hygienists and Dental Assistants are so compassionate, kind and competent. They are always quick to help and find a solution in an urgent situation and they work hard to make you feel comfortable during treatment. And they are all amazingly good with kids and adults alike. Highly recommended based on some of the best experiences I have ever had with Dentists, let alone medical professionals.

Dr. Mel is the most talented and generous dentist I have ever had the opportunity of seeing. I’m grateful for the amazing team at Citadel Dental every day I wake up and see my teeth in the mirror, after being so self conscious about my teeth my entire life. Dr. Mel is also an amazing Injectionist! So my face has never looked more refreshed as well! Lifetime client here!

What a positive dental experience! I walked into the dental office and I was greeted by welcoming, professional, and friendly staff.I went to see Dr. Mark Warawa with a unique circumstance. I started my day with a broken front tooth which also required a root canal. In one seamless visit, I left the clinic with my root canal completed as well as a brand new crown and smile.Thank you to Dr. Mark Warawa for a comfortable and professional dental experience. I am so happy with my new smile! I would highly recommend Citadel Dental and Dr. Mark Warawa.

I’ve been seeing Dr. McDonald since before this location opened and she is amazing, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Jocelyn is an amazing hygienist, keeping us squeaky clean with nothing but a beautiful smile on her face at all times. Tina at the front desk is always ensuring we are booked properly and on top of our insurance needs. I’m not sure what position Bri holds but she’s an awesome momma of 4 who rocked my newborn to sleep while I got my cleaning today. Everything about this office is stellar. I highly recommend you book here!

Dr. Mel is amazing! I always feel at ease here, and I strongly dislike going to the dentist (don't we all??). I've had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Jocelyn as well, and she is such a lovely human with a warm and welcoming demeanor.The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming, plus a multitude of TV options to watch while receiving treatment is a bonus!Highly recommend Citadel Dental if you have dental anxiety!

I'm not a patient of Dr. Mel's but I have had the pleasure of connecting with her on a few occasions, and I have to say.. this woman is absolutely inspiring! She is so genuine and humble in everything she does. She's passionate about helping others and always giving back. Being around her not only energizes me but motivates me to be a better person. If I wasn't all the way in Beaumont, I would absolutely see her for my regular dental care. Thanks for all that you do Dr. Mel ❤️
