I’ve been dealing with Bertrand Plumbing for years and as always quick, efficient & great service. Really happy with my new shower system with the shower head, rain head and jets. Looks nice! The plumber Hayden was professional, courteous, took the time to properly caulk the fittings and explained everything.

Tech came in to do a 10 year inspection on my gas lines to inspect for leaks and was super nice and informative. I have used Bertrand since I moved to Embrun and don’t see myself using any other service. Great people great prices great service. Don’t come across that too much anymore these days.

Most recently it was for a heavily-clogged kitchen sink, and not only was a serviceman at our house within three hours of phoning, but he worked efficiently and before too long the system was running smoothly, once again. Super professional shop. Was able to make an appointment quickly, was kept up to date with when the crew would arrive. The arrived and were able to quickly locate the issue and fix it. They also noticed another minor issue and fixed it as well. Highly satisfied with them and will be calling them for any futures plumbing needs.
