Dealing with Werner was great. Our puppy Bella is everything we asked for. She sits no issues, is crate trained and retrieves a ball about 80% of the time. She walks with no issues. I highly recommend Udonstar Labradors Alberta to anyone who wants a puppy. Thanks again Werner.

My family and I have purchased 3 yellow labs from Udonstar over the past eight years. Each dog has turned out very healthy, intelligent and friendly. We will definitely be getting out next lab from them!

Very rude owner. Does not stick to agreements and gets very insulting when you raise concerns.If you are after a responsible breeder, stay away from Udonstar.Happy for you to upload all 85 emails. Showing your delay in reply, your promises not met, and your insult of calling me racist.Also the fact that you feel you need to post my name and location shows just how unprofessional you are.

We have two beautiful labs from Werner. They are lovely. Malcolm is almost 4y and Jacob is almost 2y. Udonstar were professional, caring and great at communicating with us through us getting both our pups. We could see that Werner and his family cared about these pups and the parents. Both our boys are very loving, healthy, and extremely smart. We would recommend theseguys to anyone wanting to have a healthy addition to their family!

We have an amazing, beautiful yellow lab, now 1 year old and a perfect addition to our family.Werner was wonderful to deal with and answered any questions and concerns we had. We adopted our boy near the end of covid restrictions , however we were a long distance customer . We put our trust in Werner and his ability to pair up the perfect dog became evident immediately. We were not dissappointed.Our boy came to us by plane and he was everything we had been told and more . All went smoothly. He was shy at first, but full trust happened quickly and now we can not imagine our home without this beautiful boy.Highly recommend Udonstar and Werner to anyone looking for a new family member. They really are great!

It’s been one year since I met the owner and received my puppy. During Covid, it’s not easy to meet and speak in person, in my case, they chose my dog for me and met at YYC. We communicated by email in advance, I believe they got to know me well. When I met my dog the first time at airport, instantly knew that they took care of my puppy really really well. My dog is fantastic, healthy, sweet, and smart.(I am the one that have to learn a lot) They are extremely nice couple, and I always appreciate their precious gift.If I get much larger place, love to have her companion from them again.

Review of Udonstar Labradors and our female, black lab puppy.We have a lovely female black lab puppy, now six months old, from Udonstar Labradors.   Interacting with Werner and Dao to meet their puppies and their parents online was a very good experience.  Dao and Werner are very accommodating and knowledgeable.   Genetic testing of their parents appears to be comprehensive.  We have no concerns for the sorts of eye, hip and other joint problems that may come with improper Labrador Retriever breeding.  Meeting Dao and Werner and seeing our puppy in person was an even better experience.  Werner and Dao are wonderfully generous with their time and advice.  Everything involved in obtaining our CKC registered puppy was very well organized and efficiently managed.  Our female black lab pup from Udonstar Labradors is simply a wonderful, well-rounded dog.  She is exceptionally smart and observant, quick to learn, and eager to please.  Praising her is all it takes for her to develop skills like knowing when to come or stay, when to sit or lie down, when to go back or drop something from her mouth.  Her curiosity and intelligence typically keep her involved in whatever we or our cats are up to.  Yet, she can spend an hour or more at a time simply watching people and dogs walk by on the road in front of the house without ever showing an urge to get up to see them.  When people or their dogs want to see her then her engaging friendliness and constantly cheerful, disarming personality is immediately on show.  She came to us very well socialized by Udonstar Labradors.   She’s enthusiastic with other people and their dogs, always eager to engage in greetings and play, and always with softness and a showing desire to get along.  She gets along well with all dogs: young and old, large and small, friendly or more solitary people-first sorts of dogs.  She gets along well with cats, too, adapting quickly to their different natures.  She is excellent in the house and in open spaces.  She prefers to constantly engage with us and stay close.  That companionship is foremost on her mind.   She’s calm at home where she’s happy to be a fireside Lab (chewing toys helped her greatly through teething).  She enjoys travelling in a car, and transitions from home and car to open spaces seamlessly and calmly.  Her conformation is terrific.  She is a beautiful Lab.  She is a well-rounded, animated, athletic dog with a great potential for learning new skills and activities.  We feel extremely fortunate to have her, and to have had Udonstar Labradors help guide us to the dog that is ideal for us.Jamie & Karen, Brentwood Bay, BC July 25th, 2022.

Very impressed by Udonstar and would highly recommend them. My puppy has grown into a healthy, well adjusted dog and makes an excellent companion.

The owners were amazing to deal with and our dog frank ( who is now going on 7) is the nicest, healthiest, sweetest dog you will ever meet. We got him as a puppy from them and he is just the best dog.
