Very clean..organized..isles wide enough for folks to navigate well...all the produce ..breads..meats..fish look exceptional..loving this store...

Your regular save on foods in Chilliwack. Has all the departments you'd find in a save on foods store. Staff are friendly and provide assistance.

Although shelf prices may be a bit more than competitors ths selection is much varied and a pleasure to finally find a few items that I have had difficulty finding. Protein items were very comparable in pricing and quality was better than some other stores. Very clean and well organized and pleasant and helpful staff

I was always a save on shopper.I even used the self checkout to comply with the new expectations.But no more.I assumed if the cashier is not busy they would be on the floor assisting customers and assisting customers in self check out. I could not find something in the store.....it took 40 minutes of walking and looking. There are NO floor staff.The one person helping in self checkout was so busy they took 25 minutes .So in summary....it is quicker to get in the line up with a cashier , ask them whatever questions you have and be done.

Great quality and variety food supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful and patient with the elderly, something I really appreciate when taking my parents shopping. This is certainly my favourite store to shop for food supplies and I really enjoy browsing the products and displays. We have also enjoyed the sit down section where we have ordered coffee and tea, all well priced and good quality.

Good selection of marinated chicken. Also like the self check out. Parking area is small though, tough to get in and out.

It's new which usually lends to clean and organized. Well laid out. Large variety of non grocer items available as well. Staff is pleasant and ready to help.

Staff is super friendly, but the supervisor of the store is a different story. A little while ago, a really nice staff member at customer service was trying to find me some stamps for me and she called the supervisor over to help her look. The supervisor went into the back and brought some out. She handed them to the staff member, and I proceeded to thank the supervisor for going out of her way to find some for me. I thanked her not once, but TWICE, and both times she just ignored me. She wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. The staff member helping me was super nice though. Went above and beyond, and was super friendly. It's not the first time I've noticed the supervisor... She looks like she just hates her job and has no interest in engaging with customers. Such a shame, because everyone else at this location is so friendly.

This is my regular save on foods. Being a smaller store, we only use it for light shopping. It doesn't have a broad selection like some of the larger stores. The service is always friendly.

their employee kendra one time saved my life at save ons i almost fell off a cliff and she threw bread under neath me to break my fall, if she weren’t there i don’t know what would have happened. i’m forever grateful ! Thank you save on foods for training such helpful employees !
