I recently visited this Freshii Location and ordered a Spicy Buffalo Burrito. The burrito was well prepared and delicious. The staff was a pleasure to talk to and helped make my experience more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location!

One of the worst customer service experience had today at this location. The girl who took my order had such a miserable look on her face. There was no greetings from her I said hello to her but the girl never replied back . Being into food industry for 20 yrs I never complain about but this was horrible guest experience. I feel like walking out while she was making my food and coughing thru but I had already paid for it. I will never return to this location and if the associates do not want to give perfect guest experience then why are they even working there … they should not be meant for working in food industry… may be the company needs to retrain their staff..thanks

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in GTA. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths.Absolutely the best meal we had while in canada. Highly recommend!

Visited yesterday for a bowl around the lunch hour and the server was miserable, rude and seems to hate her job. She first advised rudely that chicken and beans would not be ready for another 30 minutes...and this was around 1pm not when the store just opened...so we opted for Tofu. When making payment using tap, it wasn't working so she rudely advised to follow the instructions on the terminal in such a condescending tone all while we were being polite. Maybe she was having a bad day but that's no excuse to treat paying customers so poorly. I will not visit this location again nor recommend it. The server obviously needs training in customer service. Also, the fact that chicken / beans are not ready well after the store has opened baffles me. They clearly don't care about your business or treating customers right.

I wish I could give zero star to this location. I ordered a pocket with soup. The stuffing in the pocket was non existent and the soup was literally water. I have tried the soup from airport location and it was amazing. But it’s so bad at this location. If Freshii is charging almost $7 for a small soup then atleast give us soup not water. Thick layer of oil all around the corner of the container. Never going to order from here again. DISAPPOINTED!

The manager should not let employees who are not well to work. It’s 6:30, we just witnessed the employee coughing on our food during preparation and coughing at register too, she could barely speak due to a sore throat. Definitely appeared to be unwell. Same on management for this.She clearly worked hard and did her best to prepped the food and paid attention to the order—despite being sick.Unfortunately our group will no longer be ordering from this location.

Most of the time I visit this place, I leave in disappointment. The workers aren’t very nice and welcoming and they rarely have any supplies to make what I actually came there for. I have gone in several times for a smoothie and left with none because they never have the ingredients. Multiple times I have agreed to cold chicken in my bowls and wraps because it is never ready and warmed up. I still go to this place because it is convenient, but it would be nice to leave it finally feeling welcomed and/or leave with the items I wanted.
