Crazy how one employee can make or break the whole business experience. The receptionist needs a little help understanding a key aspect of her job, to strive for happy customers. Needless to say this one interaction is enough to not want to come back to this place. Rude and just high horse attitude.

This is strictly about the online store. Purchased some items January 22nd. Hadn't recieved anything going on two weeks. February 3rd I get the only message saying they'll ship February 6th. Come February 17th still no items and still no communication. Message them again February 25th wanting to know my order status, no response. Sent another message today, guess we will see. At this point it looks like they don't care to communicate, they don't care to ship my items. Guess I have to call the police to get a response since they took my cash and have my property but won't communicate. I'd avoid buying through the SPO store, you've been warned.
