ERIE ST CLAIR RADIOLOGY

A few weeks ago my son was very very sick. We were sent for an urgent chest X-ray. We were in the Tecumseh office. The front desk and technician were nothing but compassionate and kind. We did not feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. The tech was so thorough. Our son is doing so much better after a proper diagnosis which would not have been possible without the help of this awesome group at the Tecumseh office! Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience since my first 9 week ultrasound. First my due date was April 21, at 12 weeks they changed it to April 17 (okay, no problem!). Then they proceeded to tell my OB the following week at my appointment when he called downstairs (his practice is upstairs) they told him my due date was April 11th!? Most recently screwed up my appointment day and time. After they gave me an appointment slip stating that it was on the day I showed up. Not one bit apologetic. Then when I asked that day when my due date was... they said April 21. So the technicians do not communicate any updates on due date changes to the front desk or they don't change them in the system. My husband and I had taken the day off of work to find out the gender of our child (or so we thought), only to be disappointed and have to wait another 4 weeks. I do not recommend this place at all. There is one friendly and professional male technician. Other than that, I can say I won't be going back here for the rest of my pregnancy. Save yourself the disappointment.

Shout out to ultrasound tech Gordon. He was so professional, compassionate and concerned about my comfort and my condition. He made sure the radiologist saw the scan right away and contacted my doctor so I could get to the fracture clinic asap. Staff would not let me leave without getting me a wheelchair. I felt they went above and beyond. As for the negative reviews here, sometimes you get back what you put out there. Just saying.

The technician Gordon was so amazing and respectful and just overall the perfect example of who to be in the medical field. Compassionate caring and respectful to others.However leaving I had beyond the worst experience of my life here. I went in for my first ultrasound for my pregnancy which should of been an exciting moment for me but left in tears. The receptionist was unprofessional and extremely rude. She was bad mouthing me to staff very loudly the whole waiting room could hear. Super embarassing and a experience I will never forget thanks to her. I will be making further complaints. NO one should leave that clinic the way I felt today.

They were great I showed up early for my appointment by 15 mins. They called me right on time for ultrasound and let my husband come into the room with me after they were done everything they needed for the test. Pictures were given on a cd. Ultrasound tech was absolutely amazing.

Not even worth 1 star. My wife had a Ultrasound appointment on 15th march @11:20 Am and the staff was very rude. My wife asked multiple times that my husband wanted to see baby and attendant said no not allowed in very rudely manner. answer was it's hard to see baby my wife is in her 9 month how can it be hard to see baby. Will say and complaint it to doctor not to book us their for any further appointment. Even she shutdown her machine in 5 minutes my wife was asking question and she left the room this was very rude. she forgot to measure heart beat my wife reminded her about that as well. it was not a good experience. I do not know what are the money they charge to government. Government should start looking into it. We just wanted to see baby this would have take only 2-3 minutes for her but she said noShe expressed her disappointment at the time but technician was left she did not gave answer so at the time she requested but no answer so how can i express my disappointment at the time

Tecumseh rd location- Receptionist was very helpful however xray technician was very rude. They had 20 minutes to close and it was just an xray however she was so panic, so rude and unhappy that we came for an xray. I will never gonna come here.

I had Gordan as my ultrasound tech today and had the most amazing experience. He gave me so much information and was so nice to me and my boyfriend. I know sometimes spouses aren't allowed in to see the ultrasound, the technician can only share so much, but I wanted to share my experience as it was so good and I really appreciated their services today. They even called my Dr. Office to get bloodwork forms that were missing even though it was a hassle.

We were supposed to go to our Fertility clinic in Toronto for our ultrasound but called around our hometown Windsor to find locations that would allow Dad in the room to see his baby. Erie StClair Radiology knew how important this was. The time I remember them giving was 3:30 however they said my appointment was for 3pm and that we were late. They said that my husband would not be allowed to come in at any point because we were late (though the time I rememberthey giving was 330). We reminded them that we verified first that he would be able to and this is the only reason we booked with them. We said that we prefer to go elsewhere if Dad cannot be included. The manager came to speak to us, and she remembered our story but still refused to allow my husband in the room due to the time, however had time to speak and explain this to us for 15min, which would have been ample time for him to see the baby at the end of the scan. Again I said then we would like to go somewhere else. She said he could come in next time, that they are closing soon and they don't have time. My next appointment is actually at 3:30, so why will there be time at that appointment and not this one? I said, then I would like to reschedule for another day when they have more time. She was quite pushy and convincing in getting us to stay for the ultrasound and said that the tech can turn the screen and I can take some video for him. The tech did not allow this. Nor did we get any printouts of our baby. The CD she gave us has no prints on it. The ultrasound itself was very much rushed. I strongly feel that it was not conducted thoroughly. They told my husband that the reason they can't have him come in is because of it being an Internal ultrasound probe. But once in the room, the tech never used the probe even when I asked her for a better view of the baby. 7w3d is still very early and the clarity of the camera on the external tummy ultrasound probe was not sharp. The tech asked several times what my due date should be and I feel that she just made" the measurements work for that date. There was just something off that didn't seem right with her wanting to make sure her measurements line up with the dates. Also

I was booked for my newborn’s ultrasound. They gave me the wrong time over the phone. When I got there, at the time I wrote it in my calendar they told me I had to pay $75 for a missed appointment and they kept arguing with me and husband. I told them that they gave a different time on the phone and that I got a call to confirm the appointment the day before and no one mentioned they were changing the time. This is the second time this happened the first time when I was pregnant when they claimed the appointment was at a different time and didn’t consider the time we took of work and my new born’s needed that appointment urgently. They have no customer service skills. There was another lady there who kept walking back and forth and also arguing with us. Very loud and unprofessional. I didn’t pay the $75 because I didn’t miss the appointment they made a mistake and didn’t want to acknowledge.
