Staff in store, including the pharmacy and Canada Post are always friendly and efficient.

This Shoppers Drug Mart location is great! Store is neat and clean, shelves are well stocked and the workers are helpful and friendly. Store has a wonderful variety of items that are easy to find. Not sure if he's the manager or the owner, but he is always willing to lend a hand in finding the right product. The pharmacy staff are efficient and always have my meds ready on time. Keep up the good work :)

Had a great experience at the post office, Michelle was very helpful and attentive with helping me with my package. I appreciate this because I was having a bad day when I came in , and she went that extra mile for me.

The worst shoppers I ever visited. They are total uninformed and have no knowledge about how to talk to customers. Bhavika was the lady I talked to regarding a product and when I went to store , they informed me that it was sold a day before and she has no knowledge that we didn’t have it . Then another lady told me that it was sold 10 minutes ago. They lie on you face .Ridiculous service

A beautiful store ,With meticulously ordered products . Always cheerful staff and clean shelves .Well maintained and I was really happy with the swift service .Open until midnight unlike other shoppers which close at 10pm .

Like another reviewer, if I could give less than one star I would. The pharmacy is terrible. They only have one checkout there. Despite there being a line, they allowed the woman at the front to go on for almost 10 minutes. There were 3 others there that could have jumped in and helped but of course there was only 1 register, for privacy, apparently. This despite the fact all could hear the exchange clearly. Why one of them did not take the woman aside or into the private room to allow others to check out, I don’t know. Also, I was outright lied to by Jenny. She tried to tell me they were all new when they were deliberately making thing awkward with twice the usual verification questions. Um, no. I have seen those people in there for months. This store needs to completely rethink it’s pharmacy. Have transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere, and recommend everyone else do the same.

Disappointed in service at the pharmacy, interesting that you are in the health care business and have no compassion for ppl. asking questions. I understand you are a boss Kim- but hold your horses, and make sure you understand you are serving the customers, especially when I don’t see anyone else there but you and I waited, but I guess you were meant for something more important than answering question. You are not the only Shoppers ( Brant street & upper middle ) all other cosmetics, or cashiers are taking time for ppl. And are extremely polite and friendly -you - are I guess too far out there. Sad ppl. have to work with you.Will not be back to pharmacy -place where compassion should be found , but instead it’s authoritarian Kim.

Gurpinder took my families passport photos. She was very professional and friendly. I had an awful experience at Henry in burlington, and after that experience Gurpinder was a pleasure and really made sure we were satisfied. Thank you Gurpinder!

Well, I had a small package to drop off at the Canada Post counter. I had the prepaid label.A young guy came out of the back room, ignores me and starts walking away. I asked him if there is anyone covering the postal counter. He slows down and tells me it’s his break time, there is no one else, and that I should wait for 40 minutes.I asked him if he’d turn his back on a customer or spend 10 seconds on a small transaction. Guess what happened? Precisely, he just turned around and left.

Drove 45 minutes in traffic to pickup an electronics item they confirmed they had on the phone. When asked if they could hold it I was assured I'd be okay" - provided my name and asked for their name. Show up - talk to another person who says they just sold it. Confronted the person I spoke to (Faisal) about it and he had a stupified look
