He was courteous, conversational, and punctual.I would hire him again based on his demeanor alone. The condition he left the work area and the immediate use of shoe covers and drop cloths speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work.As an HVACR technician it is refreshing to see a fellow tradesperson take pride in their work and embody who tradespeople should be. I'm glad to find someone that furthers the reputation of the trades rather than tarnish it.

Dustin was prompt, gave great service and was such a pleasant guy. He walked us through each step of his service and provided before and after pictures of the process. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing their dryer vents cleaning! 5 stars+

The serviceman from Dad's was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and then he did what he said. This included him moving my dryer out over a slight ledge and putting it back later and climbing into my attic to clean the dryer duct that I learned does not fully go up to the roof. The serviceman left everything clean and tidy. He explained what he had done and that I might want to ask my strata to install a new vent and housing to connect to the duct. The serviceman worked hard without any complaining. His attitude was friendly, professional and polite. My dryer works fabulously well now. I feel the price was very reasonable given that the serviceman worked very hard for almost 2 hours. I would highly recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning. Thank you.

Professional service. Highly recommended. I was hoping for a straight forward duct cleaning but Dustin duly noted some problems with external vent. He did an excellent job repairing the vent that too when it wasn't easy to access.
