Great group of people down to earth and very friendly.

Great Plains security was recently posted at my building. I make small talk with the guards if we happen to cross paths. I didn’t have a problem until one of the guards took it as an invitation to tap on my door. After 930 p.m. Not once. But on two separate nights. I didn’t answer either time but the guard continued to say ‘it is security open the door. I have a message for you’. Even after I said ‘deliver any messages thru my landlord and go away!!’ - he still continued to tap. So I called Great Plains and expressed my concern - saying I would feel better if he wasn’t posted at my building as I am single mother alone with an infant son. My concerns must have fell on deaf ears as here is the same guard posted outside my building. I don’t even want to have a cigarette on my patio. I am scared he will take it as invitation to tap creepily on my door tonight. I felt safer when this building had no security.

By far the best security company I have had the pleasure of working with. Extremely professional and punctual. Run like a Military unit.
