Adam and the Riptide crew are fantastic. I've used them twice now and plan to continue using them for all of my plumbing needs. The first time I worked with them was when they trenched the drain for my new tub during a bathroom remodel. Most recently, however, my water heater began to leak. They were able to promptly schedule an appointment for me to replace it with a tankless water heater. They were both courteous and efficient. They even informed me that there are certain tax breaks available in my location for upgrading to tankless water heaters. I would suggest them to anyone in need of a dependable plumber!

Adam from Riptide was responsive and timely both times when I called for plumbing help. He is knowledgeable and was able to help me figure out a mystery leak, which ultimately saved me money! He's very fair and I highly recommend!

Wonderful.experience start to.finish. very.quick response and immediate arrival. We had a broken hot water pipe under the house (think niagra falls). Fixed quickly and on to the old hot water heater. That too was quickly dealt with and my water and gas bills returned to normal. Would recommend without reservation!

The owner Adam is a hidden gem! He delivers expert workmanship, on time and with a smile! He is so good, genuine, trustworthy and kind, we became friends after his 1st service call and his prices are reasonable. He's the only plumber I'd call!
