Glen and his team did a great job. Pool table bumpers and felt repairs were part of a refreshed basement. Appreciate how they worked well with our construction team to safely move the pool table. Highly recommend.

We had our pool table moved yesterdayTime efficiency was great-moved in just over 2 hoursBUT! When I called to book the appointment he tried to up the price he quoted and argued with me that he needed to charge moreWhen they got there, First thing they did was try to upsell us on a new felt top and bumpers (because ours have seen better day)No introduction when they arrived but needed a bathroomDidn’t clean up after themselves-left staples and mess all over the floor-to which my child and cat stepped onWouldn’t recommend using this companyUnprofessional

We recently sold our beautiful solid oak pool table which was in perfect condition. When our new buyer arrived to wait for what they thought was a team of capable experienced professionals to disassemble the table, and move it safely to their new home, unfortunately was not the result. Out of the two men that arrived from Silver Cue, only one was physically capable of doing the job ALONG with the help of the new owner. No packing blankets were used and it was simply loaded in the back of their truck and of course requiring help to do so. I saw our beloved table today in it's new home and the demage it suffered due to lack of packing and care to move it without consideration of quality is disturbing. The scratches and demage this table went through for this move is unacceptable. Shame on Silver Cue Billards for their lack of pride in a job NOT being well done!

I called and spoke with Glen from Silver Cue Billiards about my table that required new bumpers and felt. He offered the best price that I could find. Glen and his partner arrived early in the day and were finished before noon. The results were fantastic.

Glen is one of the best person in the area you can find for getting you all settled up for billiard boards! Mine was completely disassembled and was 3 slate but him and Jason both have shown extremely care along with effort to get it done. Can’t thank him enough thanks a lot Glen!

I have a 100 year old a pool table and it needed some work, called glen his knowledge and experience was apparent. he refinished with new felt and bumpers, even put brass rivets and caps on the table and it really pops. glen did a great job looks fantastic
