Dr. Ken Johnstone - Family Chiropractor

I went to Dr. Johnstone with a vestibular disorder called cervicogenic dizziness". Basically

I have been going to Dr. Ken for almost 10 years now. I was always sceptical about chiropractic until I came to see Ken. I am an automotive technician so joint pain should be a problem for me, and was until i came here. I would highly reccomend Dr. Ken to anyone who is experiencing pain, or for people just looking to maintain their wellness.

Dr. Ken Johnstone has been my chiropractor for a few years now. I always know that I am in good hands with Dr. Ken. I would have no reservation recommending him. Dr. Ken has treated both my husband and my little girl from 6 months old. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring, punctual and honest. If you go and see him you've made a great choice.His administrator Gina is great too. She was nice enough to go through my paperwork for my car accident and help me with what I had to fill out. She handles all the communication with the insurance and benefit companies and makes it easy for me. All I do it show up. She has old-school work ethic and is a big help keeping me organized.

Dr. Johnston cares about the well being of his patients. I am so grateful to have him as my chiropractor.

Receptionist is never friendly, not understanding of being a couple minutes late for your appointment and rude. I am a first responder and I was waiting for this appointment for 3 weeks, due to a closure on Fanshawe park road Dr. Johnstone would not accommodate a couple minutes of being late and even wirh a courtesy call. It was not my first time experiencing rude customer service. Totally unprofessional and will never return here!!!

Dr. Johnstone's office is a welcoming place. He is always professional and helps me with my pain. I don't know what I would do without him. Rachel is a very nice secretary and always has a smile.

I have been a client of Dr. Ken Johnstone for nearly two years now, and I can't imagine where I would be without him.I first met Dr. Ken when I was in the worst pain of my life two years ago, my family doctor had brushed me off several times about my spinal pain and no one seemed to believe me, except Dr. Ken.Dr. Ken took every complaint seriously, and helped me work through my chronic anxiety during our appointments. He is a gentle and soft spoken man that can embrace you with humour and respect, he talks you through every step of the adjustment so you know exactly what is going on with your body.I was off of work for 10 months and the only reason as to why I have returned is thanks to Dr. Ken's absolute dedication and support. Even when my doctors misdiagnosed me for the fifth time with an MRI, Dr. Ken was the one to give me the correct diagnosis and help me achieve wellness once more.I cannot sing Dr. Ken's praises loud enough to anyone who will listen, to this day I am convinced Dr. Ken gave me my life back as I hung in limbo in general health care. He listened when no one else would. He cared when no one else did.I now see Dr. Ken once a month for an adjustment and he is just as thoughtful, respectful, caring, and supportive as he was two years ago when we first met.If you are looking for healing and wellness Dr. Ken is the man you need.

Dr Ken is excellent, I recommend him to anyone who will listen. I was in agony and he is fixing me up beautifully. I look forward to seeing him and feeling good.

Best chiropractor I've ever been to! Dr. Ken is amazing!

Dr. Ken Johnstone is the best chiropractor you can go to. He saved my life when I had a concussion and my neck went in two different directions. Not even sure how that is possible but he fixed me right away. He knew my body without even needing an xray. At first I was scared, but he also uses less invasive methods as well. More gentle on your body. I would definitely recommend him to anyone suffering a bone injury!!!! 10/10
