La Residence Sheppard et James Victoria
An agent and I searched for 3 months for a place in Montreal for my grandmother and our first visit to Sheppard and James Residence I knew it was perfect. Very homey, not institutionalized or hospitalized at all. Staff are all very kind and warm hearted with the residents. My grandmother has advanced Alzheimer’s and they know just how to comfort her and calm her down when needed. I know my grandmothers in good hands!

La Residence Sheppard et James Victoria
My mom has been living here for more than a year and a half and she is doing great! The caregivers are all very kind, friendly and well trained. She has dementia so doesn't really know what's going on or where she is, but always uses positive words to explain how she's doing when I talk to her. This has been a very safe place for her throughout the COVID pandemic.

My mom has been at this residence now for over a year and I cannot be more happier. From the moment I visited I felt an instant comfort with the staff and the place itself. The place is clean and well maintained. My mom was at a previous residence and it did not come close. Every time I visit she is also always well groomed. The residence provides a homey feel and I am able to have some peace of mind knowing she is in good hands and well cared for.

At Sheppard and James, my aged mother is in a safe, clean, respectful and compassionate environment. The leadership and staff of the residence are always available for advice and information on the well-being of my mum. The rooms and common areas are very well appointed. The first time we visited i thought we got off on the wrong floor and that we were in someone's posh private residence. My mum is always rested, fed, clean and comfortable. I'm very grateful that our agent brought us to Sheppard and James two years ago.

My father has been in Sheppard and James home for a little over a year. It is a clean home with a very homey feel. Whenever I visit he is clean and well groomed. They ensure he makes it to his appointments and all his needs are tended to. I feel confident that he is safe.
