This woman always does amazing work whenever I bring my dresses in for altering. She has now tailored three dresses and I will always go back to her without a doubt. She even went above a beyond to replace a missing stone in my daughters dress (belt) and I didnt notice until the day my daughter put it on; I was very happy. I can only say wonderful things about her work. Thank you!!!

Excellent service. My interaction was nothing but pleasant and helpful. Both jackets I dropped off were done in timely manner and will continue to use with future dry cleaning needs.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this cleaners.The woman who works there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. There is a sign out front that says hemming is $9.00 while you wait. That option wasn’t available she said so she asked me to come back 3 days later. I had two pairs of pants. I had asked her if it was the same price, she said yes.When I came back, she told me $30 dollars and when I questioned her on it, she started yelling at me telling me different fabrics cost different amounts. When I finally paid, and noticed the extra for tax, she said, you live in Canada, if you pay cash there is no tax, you should know this, you were born here, you should know this!She was shouting so loudly that others around were noticing it was a really bad experience and to make it worse, the hemming was not done evenly. I would not recommend going there at all.

Fast and friendly service. Worth every penny! They really came through for me in an emergency. I was told it would take 30 minutes to alter my pants but I was out in 20, including sizing and paying. Anywhere else I called expected me to wait 3 to 4 days! The final product was evidence of decades of experience and pride in their craft. Will definately visit again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible experience and very rude owner. Leaving this review for others to not go through the same experience: We love to support small businesses and spoke to the a lady (maybe owner) on the phone prior to taking our curtains here for alterations. She was sweet on the phone and quoted a price with tax included. Upon picking up the curtains from alterations, she was rude, told us tax needs to be charged on top, and when we asked if they were already included like she mentioned earlier, she asked “are you from Canada? Of course it’s on top”. We now pay extra, take the curtains home, only to find out they were all altered at different lengths, quite a few inches off - we had 4 panels. We called her to bring it back and she said first yelled at us, hung up on us, and then when we called back, she requested we come back only after a week as she was too busy. When my mother took them back the lady working there asked my mother what she does for a living and how she doesn’t know how to stitch herself being a woman and proceeded to say “you people are always like this”. Anyways, she altered them again, only for the job to still be completed wrong (curtain panels are still not the same length). But we will not go here again even if it’s a loss of money spent on the curtains plus alterations. No business owner should speak to customers that way and make people come to tears or be afraid of dealing with them.

I called in an emergency alteration as I burned a hole in my dress that I was to wear to a wedding the same day! I called and the lady on the phone said to come right away, she got me in, alerted the dress and I got it back within the hour and it looks PERFECT!!! I'm forever grateful, thank you so much for fitting me in, and doing an amazing job!!! Thank you, thank you!

I was in a jam leaving to go on vacation I left my dry cleaning to the last minute my fault. I needed to have 10 shirts dry cleaned and one pair of pants altered. The lady behind the counter who I assume is the owner was very rude and wanted to price gouge and charge me $10 a shirt!!! I hope she reads this. She said that dry cleaning is not her part ofbusiness she makes no money from it. So why do you offer the service? Stay away. I’m not writing this because I wasn’t able to get what I wanted. The owner is plain out rude and has no sense of if customer service. I understand it was last minute and yes be I would be willing to pay a bit of an increase however that was just plain highway robbery. Anyhow guys if you want a fantastic dry cleaners try Cameron Drycleaners in Whitby. I’ve been using there original location in Pickering for years before moving to Bowmanville. Cameron Dry cleaners charged me $4 for a button down shirt and $6.99 for taking a pair of jeans and turning them into shorts. Excellent service! Brought in a pair of shoes to be repaired that others had repaired incorrectly! They fixed them good as new and altered my dress perfectly as well:)Super friendly and reasonable prices:)Ensure you check their hours while there one thing I forgot to do when planning pick up.She had everything done for me quickly for a vacation I was planning...I will definitely go back:)

I've brought in a few things to be altered or repaired and she always does an excellent job, on time, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever!!! Brought in a blanket and was told to come back the following week, having already pre paid for the service. The lady said we had to pre pay due to lack of pick ups they have. That was two weeks ago and it's still not ready!? The lady behind the counter was very rude and confrontational. She said it would be ready when it's ready and that is not acceptable. They don't stand behind their promise of return, you'll get when you get it!!?? Worst Customer Service and experience, to the point where I may not pick up my blanket. Is this why they have so many unpicked up items?Don't give them the time of day/money, find another cleaner!!
