Awful communication of printing services and sloppy treatment of jobs.Showed up on a Friday afternoon to get stuff printed, waited in a long line, was told to return the next day to pick up our order. Totally reasonable. But then, showed up next day, told that we didn't provide the files (which we did). Told to wait for the job. At end of print job, was told that they couldn't punch the holes which we were told they can do. Handed us a single puncher to punch our own holes at the front desk? So they basically promised a service and chucked it off to us to do in the end. Lots of local print shops near Production-Way University SkyTrain. Try your luck with the mom and pop shops instead. Support local. This soulless corporation clearly pays their employees abysmally, to not care about doing a good job.

Great, speedy service. Very expensive though. Big lineup, but we were there for quick transaction. The gentleman that helped us looked like he was in a hurry, that’s usually a good sign since it shows they’re being mindful of the rest of the line.I would recommend this place, though I would confirm first the availability of your items.

Had a problem uploading pictures to the print shop at staples. Called the store and chatted with Andrew he solved the uploading issue and got what i needed same day!! Amazing thank you Andrew!!!

Unnecessarily expensive. If you need digital photos of 2 sizes, it is considered as two services! Nowhere in the world is a passport photo worth $50!!

Absolutely ridiculous. It’s always packed with customers and 1 staff person or if you’re lucky 2, but the second person is just on the phone while one is running around trying to assist customers. I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up my order only for them to tell me they forgot to print it. This place is awful. Every time I come, it’s always so busy and the workers are extremely slow. I have no idea where the manager is or why they run so slowly. It also looks like they never have pictures printed so they start printing it when the customer arrives. Why offer same day pick up if you can’t print in the same day?

Printed in the wrong sizes, refused to cut it down and charged more than I actually ordered. Anything that could be done wrong, was done wrong

Can’t finish printing business cards from iPad. Have to open up my account on a PC to complete the job. Have major issues with website when using iOS. Otherwise, printing is quick and have no issues with the local staff. Fix iOS issues and I’m a customer forever. Don’t and I find another printer for my cards.

Such a great customer service and customer care I got from Purolator desk by Ashley and Sholeh. They really know how to take care of the customer by providing the best service. If I’m going to deal with Purolator in the future will drive all the way from Coquitlam Centre to deal with this team only. Great Job guys

I recently visited this Staples store in Coquitlam, BC and was impressed with the experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of office supplies, electronics, and furniture and prices are comparable to online.The staff were friendly but the place is well organized so no help needed.I appreciated the convenience of being able to order print on demand online and pick up in-store, which saved me time and hassle. The checkout process was quick and easy.Overall, I would highly recommend this Staples store.

It’s been 3 months since I was last in this Staples location and once again outstanding service from the printing department, extremely professional, pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions, plus my printing was ready ahead of schedule, so I would like to offer a very special THANK YOU and WELL DONE to Carissa.
