I have never loved anyone or anything like I did Spectre. He was my boy and our journey together had proven to me that the bond between human and animal can be deeper than anyone ultimately realizes. He was given a terminal diagnosis far too early in his life and I had to make the difficult decision that he deserves the dignity to move on and be free of pain. Dr. Laura is someone who puts herself out there during a time when everyone is most vulnerable. To do what she does isn't something I can fathom having the strength to go through. To be caring, patient, respectful and truly sympathetic during those unbearable moments that she has no doubt experienced countless times was not lost on me.I loved him more than I knew was possible. She has my respect in the same way. Thank you for helping us all. True humanitarian.

Dr. Laura deserves more than 5 stars for the work she does. She came to our home to help our sweet girl Maisie cross the rainbow bridge after a long battle with cancer. I had reached out to initially schedule a palliative care visit, but Maisie's condition worsened quickly and we needed to move up the appointment. Kayley was very responsive in helping schedule us in with short notice and I can't thank you enough for helping me keep my promise to Maisie of no more hospitals. We were able to say goodbye to her at home quietly and peacefully. Dr. Laura treated us and Maisie like we had been her clients for years even though it was our first and only visit with her. Thank you so much.

We could not have asked for a more compassionate and kind doctor to help us say goodbye to our precious Penny. Dr Pratola came to our home and showed such care for our little girl and treated her and us with grace and kindness. Even in death she held our precious pup with the dignity and respect that we needed in our sorrow, while giving us the space to say our last goodbye. We cannot thank her enough.

Our sweet Cleo was suffering from kidney disease. When I discovered Blue Cross Animal Hospital no longer provided home euthanasia. I was referred to Dr. Laura Pratola, within one day and a few detailed emails we had set a date home euthanasia for the following day. Dr. Laura Pratola was so calm, compassionate, caring and professional which set me at ease. She was so organized yet not rushed in the entire procedure. She had a unique ability of instructing and informing me of every move. Cleo died peacefully in my armsI will forever be grateful for her service to Cleo and myself.I certainly have sped this wonderful service to many and will continue to do so.P.S. Just don't get too busy that our sweet Callie can receive this great service.

This was our first time having the doctor come to our home toput our pet to sleep. Dr. Pratola was lovely - she made a very difficult time easier to bear. Her kindness and empathy were so appreciated! I highly recommend KW mobile veterinary services!

Even though this was our first appointment with Dr. Laura we experienced true compassion and support from the first correspondence to the end of the visit. We really cannot thank you enough and we are so grateful to be able to send off our bestfriend in the comfort of home, in the beauty of nature. We have 16 years of great memories with our sweet 'buba' and we are terribly sad but we are so thankful Dante was able to spend last moments with us peacefully and in a familiar setting. Having pets for most of my life I have to say that Dr Laura is the absolute best veterinarian we have ever known. She is compassionate, genuine and truly a caring person. Our ol boy needs support and she arrived to calm our nerves and give him the medical support to help him in his senior years. We are truly grateful and would recommend her and her staff to any pet owner.
