I happened to be there 2 days in a row, once for my son and once for myself. The pharmacists and assistant were so incredibly helpful, pleasant and efficient!! I will go back for sure. Thank you!

My husband and I got our first Covid vaccine shots here yesterday. Everything from booking the appointment online to the in-person service was so smooth.Big Thank You to Olivia and the team - you guys were amazing!

Poor customer service. Again. Called about a prescription on Monday was told 1-2 days I would get a call when it was ready. I had to call back and was told it had been ready for 3 days now. I asked why no one called me? I was told “not sure” then awkward silence and then I was hung up on. Not the first time the staff has been rude.I appreciate your response. But when I called to renew my prescription I asked the employee to call me when it was in. She said she would and did not. Let’s go farther back since you know who I am I have asked this be ready at your pharmacy since I had 4 repeats on it but still it wasn’t ready for the 3rd time.

I have been a customer at Palermo Pharmacy for some time. They are always courteous, polite, but more importantly, personable. You are treated like a friend, not just another customer. They always answer the phone and have your prescriptions ready in a short period of time. I have no hesitation in recommending Palermo Pharmacy. Thank you to Olivia and her staff for all their efforts!

I drive 15 minutes and past 5 pharmacies to get to this one. Their service is second to none and i cannot give them a high enough rating. I have been going to them for about 8 years and while it is not anywhere near the closest to my home, they provide a level of service that you will not find in any of the other pharmacy. They take care of their customers, follow up with doctors to ensure that refill prescriptions have run out, treat you like a valued human being and always have time to answer questions. I feel very lucky to have found them and they are a valued part of my medical circle of care.

The staff here are patient and kind. Olivia went above and beyond in helping to book and administer vaccines to my family. She also took the time to answer my many questions with patience, kindness and a sense of humor :).She was quick and gentle with my needle phobic child. I highly recommend a visit to Olivia and her team to get vaccinated. We will be returning for future vaccinations.

I have been dealing with this Pharmacy for almost 7 years , since I moved to Oakville.. The personnel have always been super helpful to me and always pleasant . Terrible costumer service. I bought two bottles of baby Cetaphil on sale. I asked the attendant to help me to check the expiration date and she told me it didn't have one. Once at home, I started using one and it was spoiled, smelling bad, different from the regular smell that I already know. We tried to return the products but they only accepted one because we used one of them already. Of course! That was how I discovered it was spoiled and had to wash my face after!Yes, the attendent refunded one bottle at full price by mistake, which reduced my loss. I have been using this product for years and I can guarantee you this one is spoiled. I had even compared the smell to another one of the same I still had at home.
