Richmond Hill EarlyON Child and Family Centre

Yesterday morning we tried to attend to one of the Earlyons in Richmond Hill at 10:15 am.As I don’t have a vehicle, we took a Uber to get there with a lot of stuff including a heavy carseat, a stroller, a big nursing bag.Upon arriving, one of the stuff told us “you are too late”, “we’ve reached our capacity”.I understand, but at the moment, I have a urgent working related email needs to deal with and I cannot leave immediately.Also, my baby daughter requested to have some milk. So I asked, can we stay longer to have her be feeded.Here comes one of the employee named Lila, with abusive language and creepy smile, said “no no no, go away, you can’t wait here, I don’t care you came a long way, just take another uber and go.”It is very rude and hurtful. It is now the end of Oct, which is quite cold outside. And Lila insisted us waiting outside in the cold weather and let my daughter have her lunch with big wind.I need an official apology from Lila, obviously she is not capable of doing a job with young children.

The personel are so nice and kind, The area is clean and organized. We had so much fun there.

Went with my daughter today. This is one of my favorite locations. There is alot of space for the kids to play. There were alot of toys and activities for the kids. The staff was great. The place is very clean.

They have different sessions for 0-6 years old. Used to have more afternoon sessions at mobile sites as well, but now they are all cancelled so a star is deducted. The staffs are nice and the last 30 minutes of each session is devoted to circle time, which the staffs would sing different nursery rhymes with different motions to enhance the learning experiences.

Very friendly and helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere for parents and their kids.
