I moved in last year with my boyfriend and so far I’ve been pretty happy. Anytime that the apt needed a minor repair the maintenance crew would come and fix in a relatively decent amount of time. I too agree with the previous comment! The old windows were awful! They were heavy and hard to open so I’m really glad the building managers decided to upgrade them!

The walls are paper thin and you can hear basically everything. For example, my neighbors wake me up often, not because they’re noisy, but just because they’re talking. The area in general is noisy, you hear sirens basically everyday. There is no ventilation, so the building itself has an unpleasant smell. The building itself is quite old. No elevators. But hey at least the price’s good and is walker-friendly.

Great place!Had a good experience working with Stephanie O’Halloran to view and select the apartment. Close to the Univeristy and downtown. You can’t go wrong picking the CLV group to rent an apartment from, especially at this location.

While I decided to rent another property, the experience I had with CLV was fantastic. I had excellent service from Julia, who is one of customer care coordinators. The building is beautifully maintained and has lots of character. CLV also offers cool things that other property management companies don't, like the ability to pay rent using credit cards via Rentmoola.

I have lived in a CLV owned building for almost 2yrs now. I have had no major issues with them. They are quick to fix things, keep in mind it's an older building so things need to be fixed but they were always good at fixing them. Recently a contractor fixed our garage door and left the panel open, making a huge hole in my jeep soft top. Within days CLV group figured it out and I will be compensated for it. Nothing but good things to say about these guys!

Without a shadow of a doubt this was hands down the easiest 5 star review of my life to write. There are many things I could say like how the community at King Edward is very friendly and helpful, from the fellow people residing here to the amazing on duty staff. I’d also like to personally add that the lovely Autumn Mclellan who got me into my apartment was not only extremely helpful, but very insightful, patient and friendly, if I could write my own review on her as an employee of CLV Group I would! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I lived here for almost 3 years. It's a lovely Art Deco building very close to Byward and the University of Ottawa. From the ground keeper to the handy people all the way up the chain, it has been a pleasure communicating with everyone at CLV. Everyone I've spoken with has been polite and professional. They address all questions and concerns promptly.
