The staff in this store were fabulous!! Was my dog's first time venturing into a store, and with her social anxiety, I was worried it may not go well. Staff were quick to listen to the ask of giving her space, and by the time we left, I was in tears watching who had started as a very shy dog become comfortable and clearly enjoying her shopping experience. Excellent staff, great products, highly recommend visiting this location.

I go to look at the baby black mollies and get asked what size of tank i have, I proceed to tell the lady that i have a 5 gallon tank. Right away she tell me that she cant sell me the fish because it needs at least a 10 gallon tank, even tho they have 15 in a 5 gallon tank. She then asks me what i have in my tank already, i tell her i have 2 black mollies and she says I shouldn’t put anymore in there. This was the worst experience and someone needs to educate those people properly.

Some employees there working are very rude, return the dead fish after 2 days (purchase). Lady give me look and roll her eyes. Wanting to buy more fish but (workers) told me that I can't have that fish. I will bring my business to the different pets store. Wento to other store and amazing customer service

I took my eight month old Bouvier here for a wash, comb, and a trim. The groomers were told NOT TO SHAVE HER! What I got was a puppy that now has NO PROTECTION AGAINST THE WEATHER!!!! They have no idea of what they are doing and they tried to give me a problem telling me that I don't know how to look after my dog. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! And they had the nerve to charge me $150 for this B.S. My dog now has a problem with seeing in the sunlight because of the fact that THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE THEIR HAIR AND BANGS CUT!!! Plus they cut her at least seven different places. My dog now has open cuts because THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! Looking into a lawsuit against this store as it is the OWNERS responsibility for hiring. I just found out that there was another Bouvier puppy brought in and the same thing was done to her. And it was done with another puppy's vet papers.

My little Tia loves it at PetSmart. She just bounces around. She knows how pretty she it makes her feel so good. Her groomer is wonderful.

Renée and Gale went above and beyond to help me fix an issue. Not only were they extremely helpful the were kind and happy throughout our multiple conversations, that can be rare these days! I was shockingly pleased with their solution, forever grateful and will be a returning customer. Renée also informed me of the plans to ensure this wouldn’t happen again with some further training, she’s a great manager!Thank you!

Lots of choices for your pets. The outdoor gear for dogs is really great! They had dog tents, cots, cooling beds, and more. Staff were very friendly as well.

Well our dog was not going to be part of the decision to have his nails done. Very uncooperative curling up in a ball. Finally he warmed up to a staff member and allowed the procedure, even gave her a kiss when finished! Fantastic patient staff.

Cheddar Bob loves your products! I was adopted by 2 wonderful people and that was my first Christmas present from a store in Brampton back in 2012. I then moved up to a full size tower which I had to leave behind in July 2021 because of a recent move here on Christmas Eve 2021. I love living in Owen Sound!

Great selection of pet food very friendly staff. Big thing missing is a training and boarding facilities. I hope if they expand their location in Owen Sound they include at least boarding because it's very help having that available if your traveling with your pet and they are not able to join you in certain locations they can stay in a safe location for either a few hours or a few days.
