The employees here are lovely, which is why it’s so awful that they’re left alone to deal with lines of customers AND online orders simultaneously. 100% certain they don’t get paid enough to work like this.Owners/management need to get it together and staff appropriately.

My daughter called in for a Subway at Port Dover and she had food poisoning after It and was severely sick.How do you contact your Port Dover store to let them know?? The person ahead of her had the same sub......wonder how he is??.?

1 guy behind counter with 1 customer in line. We ordered online, usually never a problem. My dad Showed up at end of pickup estimate and guy freaked out about not being done, don't you see I have customers, Ect. Dad asked to cancel instead and he said only we can cancel, but, no option to in app. I know working alone can be nerve racking but yelling at an older customer for asking a question seems harsh.

Ordered a couple of subs - had to get dbl meat because single servings don't even cover the 6 or 12" bun. Also ordered salad - the pic below was the chicken - it was like sawdust

Way too slow! Went in 1 person ahead. 2 guys working. 1 stayed our back when he could have completed my order. The other was super slow making 2 subs that were exactly the same! Another customer entered and still no change to service so I left.

Place isn't wheelchair accessible, and won't offer curbside pick up. Will never eat here

This was always a go to place,but yesterday may have changed my mind.Pick up a canadian club sub as you can see there is hardly any meat on it! You can see the bacon but nothing else, what happened subway? As I said it's always been a great place for us, hope it's a one time thing. We always give second chances.
