My friend and I were wandering around Vaughan Mills today and stopped in to browse. We were welcomed and offered assistance right away by a store associate who was restocking a Sanrio items display. We ended up picking up a Sanrio themed throw blanket and notebook, and the store associates who helped us were very diligent about informing us of the promotional discount. Great browsing-turned-shopping experience, would browse again if I'm in the area. Thanks again!

I love hot topic, Reminds me of childhood emo/punk/goth days (no mom- it is not a phase). Still pricey like I remembered, great variety of items to be purchased. Music playing in the store was so good (Kinda made me feel old, but like good old - I prefer vintage). I digress. I took off a store because of the layout. It is super hard to move around because things are displayed so close together. People with accessibility needs will have a very challenging time - especially those who use wheelchair or walker. But overall, great place.

I Entered this Store for a Friend to pick up some Tanjiro Funko Pops (limit of 2), I Tried to Help People out to pick this item up due to the weather conditions and lack of time of commute for them but the Employee named James, Whom Assumed that it was my second visit to the store just because I’m a visible minority, this is unethical and disgraceful for an employee to act such a way due to the assumption of an Asian individual, I’m not his friend or colleague it was very unprofessional. Head Office should audit this location on how they treat People with Respect, dignity, and equality. I gave him a chance to rethink about his decision. It’s too late, The consequence of this act should be termination. Attached are photos of the stock left and I couldn’t purchase any items due to the enforcement of rules upon a near future purchasing customer, incompetency at its finest.

There is 4 sellers, who just speak with each other and don't care about anyone else, and even when I asked help, answer was rude.

My daughter loves this store. It has many different items available from different pop culture genres. Items are pricey but that's too be expected with licenced merchandise. Sometimes items are not readily available as they are on their website because they only get what the head office sends them. They don't have a choice what comes into the store but hey, my daughter still likes what they do have and they do have some deals available.One last thing to mention, the staff there are very friendly and informative.

Called to see if the glow-in-the-dark tamaki funko pop was still in stock at their location since I would be driving down from mississauga. Response was that they are not allowed to talk about stock information and to follow their instagram". I had checked the instagram prior to calling and that was the reason I called to begin with. The lady that answered the phone today (january 24th
