Amazing Property Management company! Managers are friendly and efficient. Would 100% recommend to any board looking for a reliable management company. If possible, ask for Jordana Caranci as your manager, she is the star of the team. Very easy to work with -she responds promptly and actually gets things done unlike most managers from other companies.Overall, a pleasure to work with!

I had to leave a 5star review to this company for the excellent customer services that one of their property managers (Jordana. C) has shown to our security team. Not only is she a professional at what she does, she is an amazing problem solver and is extremely quick in her response time when it comes to emergencies. I'm honored to be able to work with someone who has so much motivation, passion and intellect when it comes to managing condominiums. Thank you for your continued professionalism!

I have lived in condominiums for YEARS and experienced maybe 5-6 different property management companies. I think people find it is easy to be upset at a property manager for some thing and blow it up on google but in all my experience I found comfort property management to be the most professional and the most helpful. I've seen managers from other companies forget to renew insurance, ignore fire codes and let the place run filthy... I have lived in two different condos managed by Comfort Property management and both were amazing places to live. Most recently we are managed by Andreea and she is always helpful and responsive. I hope they stay in my current condo building for a long time. keep up the great work, Comfort.

I would give negative rate for this property management. They left me with no funds by overcharging maintenance fee. I made a request to cancel PAP 20 days ahead of charge date and send a cheque instead. Later I confirmed that PAP has been canceled and cheque received. Yet, I got EFT withdrawal and 2 days later they cleared a cheque. Their property manager at YCC49 is bizarre. For any concerns about the building, you will hear in a very inappropriate manner - YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH THAT. And no matter what is the issue - plumbing, no heat for 2 years, noise. If you hire them, you'll have to live in swamp.

2 wks and the common areas are still not cleaned- simon c said he would take care of it; question is when. Bugs, the stentch it is horrible.Worst management!The previous manager at the high park location in Mississauga was exited recently and they hired Simon who does not return calls nor emails. The common grounds have had no landscaping, weed has now become the landscaping, weeds grows everywhere including the entry ways. Common areas inside have no been cleaned since late April. The cleaners are present but they sit and smoke for the most part. There was a recent fire with no information to the owners on what happened. Strange men leave certain units with paint and vacuum cleaners but no notice to what they are doing, they get into comfort property management vans... as I said horrible management company horrible new manager! What do we pay condo fees for!?!?Photos of the warped curb, been like that since the winter, garbage going on day 4 with no cleaning, dead trees and shrubs everywhere, and weeds.

We have hired four (4) management companies in the past 10 years and Comfort was by far the best that we had. They were the most responsive of any management company we had.Unfortunately we were forced to change management companies.

Have been on the board position in a newly-built building for more than half a year and work with Tiffany & Neffy (occasional help from Andreea). I don’t have comparisons, so this review is based on my current expectation.I think Tiffany is responsible and I have confidence in her delivery once a decision was made. I appreciate Tiffany can coordinate with Neffy to address residents’ and contractors’ concerns. They can be more powerful if they are proactive in solving problems and building understanding with residents and the board. In a way, they work hard but I see opportunities to improve their efficiency to work smart.Andreea gives me more confidence in her problem-solving thinking. While I don’t work closely with her, I got great education to speed up my speed on the board position.

We have worked with Shiva Behmanesh for years, and have always found her to be courteous, prompt and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to continuing to help care for your trees and ornamental plants for many more years!

I would give them a zero star if I could. No follow up from the property manager at 1328 Birchmount after numerous emails, no follow up from the head office when I try to complain and the mailbox is always full when you try to leave a voicemail. I don’t understand what my maintenance fees go to, but it definitely doesn’t go to a property management company that seems to care about the homeowners that pay their company’s revenue.
