Charged 17.00 dollars for zipper replacement took my jacket home only to have zipper come off. I was told I had to pay before the dry cleaning was completed. How do I know quality of service you provide before i see or get back all pieces of clothing. Horrible service ande xperience.

Deserves the 4 stars, I have been taking my shirts and pants here for a while and have not been disappointed. They text me now when the stuff is ready which is a nice touch, sometimes a day earlier than expected. The lady who is usually there is very polite.The reason I docked the one star is because the place needs an indoor renovation and a better atmosphere. I also can't attest to the quality of their alterations.

Came here for last minute alterations. They were great in getting it done. Essentially, did a 2 day turn around on getting my pants tampered and shortened. The customer service was great. Would recommend.

They were pretty good 9 out of 10 times, no issues, and clothes, including collars, were thoroughly cleaned. But one time they couldn't seem to find my clothes. The last time, they ruined one of my shirts (colour came out all washed-out looking) but said they didn't know how this could've happened and they refused to take any responsibility, or provide any compensation. So I'm not risking this place ever again, despite the convenient location.

Great service all the time. Give here every week and never disappointed. I've also used them for some repairs and they were returned to me better than new. They are always polite and courteous without you having to wait to be attended. The only tough comment I would have but not their fault is that the parking sometimes is a problem with employees from the bank taking up customer spots and people attending the hospital across the street using it for free parking hence making parking limited at times. Close is always ready by agreed day and you get a text reminding you that your items are ready.

Excellent service. Very very clean output in terns of quality of work. Great speakers output, family and friends are wowwwwed by the multi - system, home theater and multiple streaming stations. I enjoy listening to radio stations from all over the world.Mario is an amazing service man, creative and great listening to details.

My Canada Goose jacket's fur was damaged during dry cleaning process but this was due to the jacket's old style where the fur cannot be detached. Machinery malfunctions happen sometimes but what matters is how the problem is resolved for a customer who is unsatisfied. Initially I was upset and gave a bad rating.However, I was amazed at the level of professionalism and customer support from the owners (John and Sam) which led me to update my review to 5 stars. I wish that all business are able to emulate this kind of customer support and resolution.

Absolutely would not recommend this place. Horrible service. They accepted my ethnic wear worth $1,000 and completely ruined it. Trying to contact the owner for the past few days and they don't answer their phone. Stay away from this place.
