I recently needed a 6 yard bin for a residential clean up. I had never used Local Waste before and found their pricing very competitive. I found everyone extremely helpful and pleasant. I was contacted by Kelsey who set up the delivery and pick up schedule, and took payment. She was good natured and professional. On the day of delivery I wasn’t on site. Todd the delivery driver called me a couple times to get ahold of me to confirm the exact placement of the bin. Even though it was a tricky placement with several overhead power lines, he made sure it was completed. Great service and will definitely recommend them.

Wanted to give a big thumbs up to Local Waste. We live in a condo building and we had a move going on as well as parking lot cleaning. When the guys showed up to empty our bins, they couldn't get through with their trucks because of the moving van. Both Mark and Rene went above and beyond by retrieving the huge bins manually by rolling them out and around the moving van. We were so impressed with their ingenuity in getting our waste gone. Hats off to Local Waste servicemen!

I was involved in organizing a charitable pond hockey tournament and was introduced to the management team with Local Environmental as a potential sponsor. I was blown away by their interest in supporting the tournament and desire to play an integral role in the logistics of our event. They went beyond my expectations by offering to provide us with fencing, portable washrooms, onsite garbage and recycling bins, and post-event waste removal. Their team was a pleasure to work with and professional throughout the entire process. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the team at Local Environmental.

I used Local Waste Services over a period of 6 months during my home renovation project. They provided excellent customer service, and were always efficient and professional picking up and dropping off additional bins. Highly recommend their services.

Had a driver yesterday almost run into me, i had to Alam on the brakes and I had the right of way. His excuse was I am driving a garbage truck, I asked does that mean you don't have to stop? He was overweight grey beard, grey hair in a blue t-shirt. I complained to the company and did not get a response. Stay clear of these drivers they think they are aboventhe law and put people in danger. I would never hire a company like this!

After years of annoyances with some competitors I was fortunate to get in contact with Colten from Local Waste who set up my workplace with great prices for recycling and roll off bins, and made the whole process easy to set up.After starting services the drivers were extremely friendly, accommodating, and easy to deal with, as well as the dispatch team.I cannot recommend this business enough! Genuine people to work with!

We just recently started using Local Environmental Services for our business. So far it has been great. Colten set us up and is easy to work with. The service feels much more personal than it did with our last provider, and is a little cheaper. It also feels good using a local service instead of one that is based in another province.
