We had some 8mm video cassettes from the family Sony 8 that we wanted to view again. It was a good thing that we didn't try to watch the videos at home before transferring as apparently the quality of the older tapes can deteriorate fast when viewed 30 years later.The service at Blue Lagoon was super fast. We dropped off 8 cassettes for transfer on a Friday and they were ready for pick up on the Monday. We got them transferred to both DVD and flashdrive format. Both work excellent and we were able to enjoy the old family home movies.

I really appreciate the quick service from Jason at Blue Lagoon Computers. I needed ink for my printer. It wasn’t in stock but Jason ordered it on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. This was quick and easy shopping in Athabasca with a good price, too! Jason also responded very quickly to a phone message and an email. I asked if it was possible to print one copy on short notice (sent via email) and he did it right away. Friendly and personalized service. I truly appreciate that Blue Lagoon was able to special order the printer toner for our Brother Color Laser Printer, but it was also at a better price than other options. Love it when I can shop local and save $$

Excellent service at the store in town and they have a great website you can order from too. I got good advice on our computer issues, and when they didn’t have one item I wanted in-stock they were happy to special order it. I’ll definitely be back again!
